10/10 Customer Service! This visit took place a little over a month ago, but it’s been on my mind since then. I just had to write a review. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an associate named Ty. I was looking for a delicate blouse to match with my trousers. It was for an upcoming event with my mates abroad. He showed me to the section, and asked me considerate questions about my idea of what I was looking for, and for more details on my event to help me best. He was very friendly, well mannered, and attentive to even the little things.
Checkout process was smooth and seamless. He ended up recommending me a few jewelry selections. Among them was a pair of beautiful earrings that brought out the color in my eyes. I ended up leaving with more than just a blouse; a pair of dainty earrings that matched perfectly with my now completed outfit, a positive mood, and a happy smile. I will be coming back ;).

Rude, horrible customer service. It appears they only acknowledge certain customers. Salesperson walked past me twice and never opened her mouth.

Came into the store only for a quick couple minutes looking a replacement shirt because it was hotter than expected. Greeted by every sales associate I walked by. Got to the men’s section where I explained to Tywrek what I was looking for. Found something quick and I out within a few minutes. Great customer service across the board. Thanks Tywrek, made the rest of my day much more cool and bearable!!

They're not even open during the hours they say they are, disgusting look for a business. I waited at the mall for an hour, after arriving at 11 am when they are supposed to be open at 10 am on weekdays.

Worst experience ever coming to this store dealing with store manager (Colby) if that’s even his name… I can’t believe even with the proof of my transaction plus his own employee stating that what I’m saying is true for him to completely disregard me a person let alone a loyal customer. I was not service and the only thing I can do is write an email stating his misconduct but nobody to actually help me. How do it cost me more to buy from your establishment. Up until this point I enjoyed giving this business my hard earning. Can’t believe this is my experience today!
