Working with Jamie was a complete pleasure. He was easy to talk to, explained things thoroughly, was responsive, and got us a great rate. There were thoughtful perks such as a well-timed and informational video about the closing process, a note with popcorn recommending we take a day to slow down and relax, and a Home Depot gift card.
