Took my audi Q3 2021 60000 miles for oil change and a week later less than 2,000 mil later I get a warning low oil level. I can't believe they didn't put oil in my car. This is still a new car. Why would they be in business. They should not be allowed to operate. My car has no oil leak anywhere

Jiffy lube is great at stealing your money.. came for top up and of course didn't honor sticker like the last place refused to honor the quote even though it was within 30 days...

I went to the Toyota dealership to check on something and they told me whoever rotated my tires last (jiffy lube Columbia MD) damaged the screws , etc and will cost me $1200 to fix it to even remove my tires.
Also when I had my tires rotated at jiffy lube they did not screw in the hub cap all the way and my Toyota hub cap popped off within 15 mins. I asked them to replace it and they ordered me cheap brand.

I like the place and the lady in the front was very friendly . I went for an oil change but ended up getting more done on the recommendation of the man there . When I drive home halfway it says low tire pressure . I’m so frustrated I have a long trip in a day and now have to take it back . Tire pressure was supposed to be checked !!!!

Didn’t screw my oil filter in all the way. Ended having oil leak and the pressure change messed my oil pump. Cost me an arm and a leg to get fixed. THANKS JIFFY LUBE

I was lead to believe that my battery would be checked in my $70 oil change package and it said it was on the printout. But two days later my car battery gave out showing the battery had 2% worth of juice left in it when it shut down. All of this inconvenience could have been avoided if Jiffy lube would have done what they were supposed to do and PAID to do! So DISAPPOINTED!!!! This was the Dobbin Rd location beware…..!

For a synthetic oil change, the cost is $99.99. I can take my Nissan Altima to the DEALERSHIP AND PAY WAYYYY LESS. No wonder they’re offering a $20 OFF coupon. Talk about INFLATION!! This is ROBBERY!!
