They were better in the start up . But you get put off to other reps quickly. Then the ball stops rolling an your losing ground cycle after cycle year after year. There favorite saying Hang in there. But its your money thats lost. They get paid either way.

They r not open to your input at all. So if you have managed your money so far by yourself and have ideas and suggestions about it this may not be your place. But be certain there r more out there that do listen an can get the job done.

Just be aware that when they say they will help you with your financial plan for life, and are willing to work with you and "tweak" the plan, all for a set fee, that this isn't true. After an initial plan was prepared and paid for, when I had changes that I wanted to incorporate into the plan, they wanted to charge me all over again for a new plan. This was unbelievable, and I'd like to say that it was due to some underling who didn't understand their "guarantee," but instead it was with the owner, the man whose name is on the door...shameful.You should be able to do much better with a firm that offers financial planning services and does not have so many conflicts with their advice. At this firm, they really don't want to help you plan so much as they want to have your money, so they can invest it for you and make money off of you. If that is what you want, then more power to you with these guys. Go for it.If instead you want to have the planning and advice but handle the money yourself, this is not the place for you.

If you are looking for incredibly thorough and experienced financial advisors with a highly efficient team, then look no further. They will truly take care of you, to the point of becoming an extended family. Thank goodness there are still businesses out there that put client service as their top priority. Thank you Keeney Financial!
