Why is there no heat in this store. The cashiers are wearing coats to work in. It's -1 today. These are ridiculous working conditions for any human.

This place is racist to all non-spanish speaking customers or english speaking customers. I bought entire case of kitkat bar from this place and it has 12 packs in it. I told the cashier to scan 12. She did. After she scan couple other items and she walk away without telling me. 5 mins later she came back with a store manager. They were speaking Spanish to each other and tried to accuse me to under scan and it has 24 in it. I opened up the box because they were being stupid and it was 12 in it because I looked at it before putting into my cart. They didn't try to apologize They need to stop being racist and accuse of people cheating or try to under scan and stop speak Spanish in front of customer before accuse then of cheating the store. This is UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. This happened on MLK day. I guest not all created equal.

These people are bunch of unprofessionals and liars. They treat certain customers like they are criminals. I wish I had recorded them for what they did to me and my family I had been going to this store for few years but the last time was not pleasant at all. I was there to buy a box of red bell peppers and other stuff, we spent over $200 as a family. LAMART you put your boxes there, we did not not, why would you think we did anything wrong by picking a box and you thought we added more from another box. The cashier spoke her language to a lady at customers service desk to check our box of red bell peppers. She came and started weighing the peppers, embarassing us. Anyways, the lady lied to us that she just wanted to make sure we have enough pounds of peppers. like you care. Shame on you.

You find everything, but when you go to pay there are about 2 or 3 cashiers who have a terrible attitude, they treat you badly as if you were asking someone to go, they should improve customer service because even if we are Latino or of the same race Our money is worth it here and anywhere else they are so bitter that they make you not even want to return.

This store said online it closes at 10pm and I came at 9:54pm to get milk for my kids and they didn't allow me. I don't think the is a way to operate a neighborhood grocery store! They still had people in the store.
This store says on the internet that it closes at 10pm on a Sunday, I came to buy milk at 9:54 pm and they didn't let me in as they already closed the door. I don't think this is the way to work in a store that is in my neighborhood. And there were still people in the store!

The supervisors are extremely rude, especially the younger, chubby supervisor. If the supervisors, who are supposed to provide good customer service, are extremely rude, then you can imagine what to expect from the other employees. It seems they don't care about providing good service because of the type of clientele they serve.

Bought a sealed jar of garlic and ginger paste...got home it was open...the seal had been tampered with...went to return it...threw my receipt out because everything was fresh and ready to cook...their suggestion was to take the tampered jar back with me and find the receipt.

We’ve gone here since they opened years ago and have had a mostly good experience. The value for dollar is good as long as you watch for un priced items or sometimes mis marked. Previously a 5 star customer unfortunately were forced to drop it to zero and we probably won’t go back. Came in quick before heading to work for 3 items, grabbed them quickly. A pair of customers sharing a cart full of groceries stepped right in front of me as I approached the belt and started loading. The cashier said nothing. I waited patiently. A new line opened after about 5-10 minutes and immediately that cashier took everyone behind me. I guess you have to tackle someone here to have a fair placement in line. I left the items on the belt and walked out. I doubt they care, but this is not the first time this has happened. Almost always have long waits and erratic line issues at checkout. It’s chaos, and because people are inconsiderate and the owners take a “not my business “ approach. We’ll shop elsewhere from now on. I’d recommend if you value your own time and dignity to avoid this place. Please understand this is an edited 5 star review. We used to love going. The checkout wore us out. I promise you will have an issue. Staff is non engaging. They don’t speak or respond to anyone and I’m bilingual. So that’s not the issue

This is one of the many times I've been at this grocery store the worst part of this place is the customer service,is horrible the cashiers are so bitter i just like 2 out of all of them. Sincerely I have to go back to giant. If this type of service keeps happening alot of people will stop shopping here, they make the day so stressful. Family friends were referred by this grocery store. If the customer service from cashiers change everything would be better. But at this point I don't think nothing will get better this been happening for a while now. I don't see no improvement, managers supervisor please do your job

A great place to buy many international foods, fresh and frozen. They have huge selection of food
