Clean and efficient. I never wait long and I just walk in. Phlebotomists are excellent, no bruising afterwards. This is my go-to place for blood work.

Walked in about 30 minutes before they were about to close, and I was seen right away. I have a preference when it comes to getting my blood drawn and Sarah was successfully able to draw my blood while respecting my preference as well! Overall, it was a pretty good visit :).

Check-in was easy at the kiosk. I waited 40 minutes as a walk-in on a busy Saturday morning at 7:20 AM. The lab technician was professional but unfriendly. I experienced light bruising around the draw site—not sure if it was due to the technician or me—but it’s the first time it has happened.

Had an 8.30 appointment and am still waiting to be seen 30 minutes later. Room full of people. Unbelievable. Won't use this location again

The most incompetent lab technicians. They failed to give me accurate information due to which I couldn’t complete the glucose blood tests. The worst customer experience I've ever had, the technician proceeded to say “I don’t want deal with this talk to my manager” and walked out. The patient supervisor took no accountability for the incompetent technician. This whole location needs to be restaffed with better technician, also just better people who are not rude and act like they really don’t care about their jobs.

Bad experience going into this location. The older woman with the gray hair was extremely rude to me for no reason. She proceeded to scold me that I should have fasted when my doctor told me not to fast and then I would have “passed the test.” It’s out of line for her to be giving medical advice when I should be listening to my doctor not her. She just gave me bad energy and I tried to be polite with her but she did not return any form of pleasantness. She comes off as someone who HATES her job and being around people. The technicians also made a mistake with the labels of my bloodwork which was frustrating, but I believe they have fixed it. I will have to steer clear of this location in the future even though it’s so close to my house.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Labcorp in Columbia. I arrived early for the first appointment of the day, but the person working there was incredibly rude from the start. She questioned why I didn't go to a different Labcorp closer to my address, even though this location is actually the closest and the one my family has used for years.
After checking me in, I handed her my paperwork, and she complained about the amount of information she had to enter into the computer, instructing me to "sit over there." The paperwork entry took just a few minutes, but the entire interaction felt very uncomfortable. When she finally took me back to draw my blood, I assumed someone else would be taking my blood, so I tried to be polite by wishing her a better day. Then she came back to take my blood, and I was scolded once more for moving my arm during the procedure.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable. We've had fine experiences here before, so I hope this was just an off day for her. Hopefully, she finds a job that better suits her or has a better day next time.

The senior lady at the desk is rude and mean. I made an appointment for 7 am for a breath test. When I came in she rudely said “Don’t know if we even have the kit”(with a major attitude like it’s my fault). She then came back and said (literally): Go to room 1, sit in a grey chair (again with a major attitude like barking at me). I could not help but wonder “what have I done wrong to you, except that I am just sick and need a test”.

The staff at this location is super rude, they yelled at them and were angry with my 6-year-old son with autism for not wanting to leave, horrible experience.
