Sad to see Lifetime cede ½ the gym to Pickle Ball. All kinds and ages of people played hoops there around the clock. Not to mention the leagues. Now ½ the gym is Pickle ball and the other half saying no hoops till after 6:30 PM.I'm not anti racquet sports, I play Tennis and Racquetball, but this is very disappointing.

As an establishment that caters to families and children, it is essential that you maintain a positive and respectful environment, especially in the vicinity of the kids swimming area. significant portion of your staff has displayed an attitude that is not conducive to the well-being of your patrons. You should emphasize the importance of treating everyone with the utmost respect and professionalism, regardless of their socioeconomic status. Every individual deserves to be treated with kindness and courtesy, and it is your responsibility to ensure that this standard is upheld at all times. It is imperative that all staff members undergo training to cultivate a culture of respect and empathy. You should remember that your words and actions have a profound impact on the experiences of your guests, and you must strive to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all. You membership charge is high but your hospitality is terrible

My daughter and son are 11 and 14 years old, and together I paid over 300 dollars to go enjoy swimming. However, they told me to get out of the place where I was enjoying swimming because I had to teach the kids swimming. I am. I was very disappointed and felt like I was paying too much money... If Finrix like this opens another company, I don't want to come here again ㅠㅠ

Stop doing ultimate hoops leagues most people only play during the week so that leaves barely any playing time for lifetime members. Shouldn't have put in the d*** pickleball courts if you want to do 6 months of ultimate hoops leagues. Greedy cash grab by this company. Raise member prices from $80 to $180 since the pandemic and take away services, cut hours. Hope you guys stock prices crash and burn and get put out of business.

Very unfriendly place. Most of the managers are rude and ubnoxious. I drag to go there. You go relaxed and come back angry and upset. Most instructors are not good either. The only reason I go there is because it's the closest gym to me, but I am really thinking about quitting. It's really bad experience. You pay a lot and get disrespected. Never had this many bad experiences anywhere. It's almost every time I go there which is once a week. Horrible Horrible

Childcare is provided but a staff is not vetted. Do not leave your children here. Was notified by another mom that she witnessed the staff member Tara screaming at my god child to the point of tears, and would not stop even when several patrons stepped in. I was never notified of this until the other mom sought me out and spoke to me. Tara was cruel and lacked general communicating skills when I asked for an explanation, and certainly belongs NO WHERE near anyone’s child. We spoke with the manager who stated all they could do was refund the fee but unclear if any real action was taken to educate and prevent such abuse from occurring again.

I appreciate you sauna not smelling like musty wood rot moldy. Thank You for the sign advising people to not work out in the sauna. May I politely suggest that you perhaps add another addendum that people please sit on a towel if they go in sopping wet from the pool. I've seen many other clubs that have had their saunas completely ruined due the fact most members are not aware that the wood is not treated (which is a good thing) However due to this the saunas are more prone to wood rot and I know that the renovations are not cheap and only happen typically once ever few years. Sanding down the wood can help. I know that typically only happens once ever 6 months or so and only if the ops team is staying on top of things. Thank You for being freshener than North Raleigh, Downtown Austin, Birmingham AL, one of the coins in Ohio and Boca Raton Florida that was eventually resolved. Oh and I appreciate the fact that your shower drains do not smell like a rotten sewer and have reports of mold like the club in Carey North Carolina. Since corporate will typically not listen to such concern I suppose I will politely post on here as a reminder of what clubs need a little more attention. Fun fact I was trained by OSHA while in the Military and have mold allergies quite severely and have become an expert on the subject matter. So I am always doing free quality assurance inspections for your clubs at a national level. You know I have been to almost all of them and can tell when something is amiss. FYI other Google reviews will typically let you know as well, since I don't want to sound too much like the guy with a clipboard. I'm aware routine upkeep does happen yet certain regions seem to have more of a problem than other oh also Orlando sauna was really bad for about 3 years from people going in there soaking yet. So please get with your Regional people about (speaking to the corporate in Minnesota) this way you can keep high marks and better retention rates.

Was a member last summer and this summer.Pros: A lot of nice equipment, pretty nice people, clean.Cons: 159$/month (at least for me).Since replacing one of the basketball courts with pickle ball, there’s now only 1 basketball court that’s also occupied Mon-Fri 6:45am-6:45pm. It really makes it hard for the high-school and college students who are off for the summer. I also think it’s pretty absurd you have to pay a 65$ fee to play pickle ball. Complete money grab in my opinion.Additionally, it’s crazy you have to pay a 150$ fee to access the outdoor pool. When I asked why, they said “it’s to limit the amount of people”. There’s no logic behind that. Every member should have access to the outdoor pool.A LOT of people agree with everything I’ve just said.

I used to come to Lifetime - Columbia as if I lived there! It was open 24/7 back then. Monthly rate used to be $95; then 125. I’m thinking of coming back to reach my fitness goals but monthly rate is like $179 and yet unaccessible 24/7. I’m one of those whose life revolves on night shifts! I would probably come back if they could go back to the 24/7 operation.
