I absolutely love their products! I live an hour away came down to this location for a specific product. Thankfully they had just what I was looking for called ahead of time they kindly put it on hold for me. Let’s just say the tall man & lady that were working on 7/13/25 were so kind & helpful! I will definitely be back down for my restocks in the future :) thanks so much!

We all know how amazing the products are, but I’m here today to talk about customer service. The lady (I can’t remember her name, sorry!) working there today, 10/01/24, around 1:30 p.m., was wonderful! She was such a sweet person, so helpful, and went above and beyond every second I was there. I don’t usually write reviews (good or bad), but I was so amazed by her impeccable service that I had to share my experience. Thank you!

This divine little shop has a friendly,
yet lowkey atmosphere that invites browsing. French-made products bring customers back time and again, for naturally- scented soaps and lotions that smell wonderful.

This is by far the best location! Friendliest staff. Thomas and Sahar are the best duo! They are so helpful and patient. Their store is always so clean and tidy! Thomas is also really knowledgeable and passionate about the products at loccitane! I will definitely be shopping at this location more often!!

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! I have acne prone skin and tend to breakout easily, especially with trying new products. Thomas always take his time to help me find the right products for my skin.

I love this store so much! Thomas and Yun are always the most welcoming and somehow always know exactly what I need when I share my skin needs. My husband is even moisturizing his skin now. I’m so thankful to them. I highly recommend the products and shopping with these two!

Expensive. Sales clerk friendly. Samples are not provided unless you ask. Rarely receive mailed promotions. Tried online ordering but person not helpful. Towson store closed. Drove to Columbia mall. Will revisit.
