The staff is amazingly helpful. The items are all well stocked. The store is always clean. The presentation is inviting. I don’t walk in without walking out with something cute. Oh by the way the sales are great. The last time I was in their Lou & Grey was 60% off!

the employees here are amazing!!! went in and had such a good experience because everyone went out of their way to help!super easy to order things online, and everyone seems so experienced! i was looking for a very specific outfit, and they helped me find everything i needed!! thank you loft in columbia!!

I do my Loft shopping online and use the brick and mortar stores as pickup or return locations. The stores are clean, the staff is competent, and I don't have issues getting what I need to get done.
