I went in a few days ago to purchase a few things since I left my products back in Louisiana. Josie assisted quickly along with matched me perfectly!! I was able to get my make up done for my date night which turned out beautifully. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be returning.

I love love love this store because of the manager and MUA Josie. She was so welcoming and knew how to do my teenage daughter face. She was pleasant and great at giving make up advice. I loved her so much i choose to go to her store instead of my local store closer to DC.

Walked in for one item, waited at the cash register to be checked out for approx 12 min, and no one checked me out. I put the item back on the shelf and left. Smh

My sister came in for her to test some products. We were attended to be joshua who was so polite, professional and patient. We left feeling like he made true/fair recommendations and didnt rush us or the customers before us. We were very impressed. He deserves a raise. Excellent customer service.

Gabriella was a life saver today! I’m the last two minutes of the store being open she helped me find and purchase foundation. This is amazing customer service. Sephora, next door told me they were done for the day but she used the last two minutes to help me, priceless!

I had an appointment for make up & product recommendation. I called 4 days in advance to change the appointment to a different day. A male picked up and put me on hold. After 20 minutes he came back to the phone and hung up in my ear. I then used a different phone to call again. Same person same voice picked up. I asked why he hung up in my ear. He claimed that he didn’t. He also stated that my appointment couldn’t be rescheduled because something was wrong with their appointment system at the time & he promised to call me back that day. He never did and I gave up & went to Ulta Beauty

My best friend and I were in there yesterday afternoon and just had a very pleasant shopping experience. The employees were all super sweet and let us know they were available if we needed help but weren’t pushy with it at all. When we checked out both people talked to us about our products a little and were just very very kind. It was a very relaxed and very pleasant shopping experience for us both.

They don't know how to color match indian skin tones. Brought a family member during MLK day and the associate tried to push a foundation that was clearly not the same color...it looked very yellow. Tried to ask if there other shades she could try, was abruptly told 'well that's her shade'.Associate acted like we were bothering her and started to have conversations with other customers, so we got the message that we were not wanted there and left. I had wrote down the shade number and compared it with the family friend who had referred us to the store, it was literally the same shade...my family member and my friend do not even remotely have the same undertone
