Great place. Great people great clothing shoes for the whole family. Plenty of space to move around the clothes were not all jumbled together and the aisles were open plenty of room. Not crowded. People who work there are very helpful and kind. It is my most favorite Marshalls to shop at in the entire state of MD

It used to be my fav store but now the service of cashiers is gone very down also the clothes are very cheap mostly all labeled from china !Years back they use to have branded stuff but the store and staf is became another thrift store

Not great. Clothing was very disorganized. Tried to purchase an item and apparently it was part of a set. 10 minutes later, the other part of the set was never located and they wouldn’t sell it alone. Left with nothing but wasted time. Staff kind but disorganization prevailed.

Marshall’s will always be my go-to for housewares. They may not have everything but they’ll have a good chunk of what you need at a fair price. Amazing for affordable: dog toys, shower gel, kitchen gadgets, yoga mats, fancy spices, and the odd outfit or two. Save money on your necessities so that you can spend the difference on the five to seven amazing items you never knew you needed but are definitely coming home with you like that gourmet smoked paprika or that porcelain dog pitcher. Four stars instead of five because if an item is missing a price sticker, you can expect to wait a good long while to check out.

I haven’t been to Marshalls in forever, and I did find some really great deals today! Although, at checkout, the woman whispered “If you show me your ID you can get 10% off”. So I showed her my ID, and the credit card program popped up on the screen. I said I’m not interested and she kept insisting. All while I was putting all of my merchandise on the counter, and she was just standing there, not ringing anything up. I told her again I’m not interested and she slowly started ringing up my things. Each thing she held up and said “this is cute” and then asked “who is this for?” There were 6 customers that had been checked out by the time I was still standing there. After she was done, she picked up my receipt and stared at it for about a minute. I will definitely be calling the store to report this as well.

Shout out to Jessica at the Columbia location. I wondered if I had misplaced my expensive sunglasses there and she actually looked for and found them when I phoned. She secured them safely and they we’re waiting for me the next day. Thank you, Jessica!

Never will I visit again. For some reason everyone’s rude at this location, management and patrons.I went there with my mom to return an items since I was in the area. I originally purchased the item in Annapolis Md.my mom and I stood in the correct line when directed. Another lady comes in and stands in what’s know to be the return line, however they merger all lines into one. The manager told the lady just that and then before you knew they engaged in a yelling match both customers and manager.While my mom and I waited patiently in the correct line. The manager took the lady he was yelling with in front of my mom and I after waiting patiently. My mom is 71yrs old and have a disability but none of that matter on top of the fact we were there first.Never again will I visit this location.
