I went in there with my llc documents and opened a business account. I was told by Kristen Havrilla that I will get a call in 2 business days to come in and sign documents. I returned back in two weeks to follow up since I didn't get a call back. After I waited for 30 minutes, I was told that they're still working on it......really?? Or is the paperwork turned in at all? Stay away from this branch.

Only gets 1 star so able to rate. I've gone there several times to cash checks( friend has account there) Dealt with Anthony mostly VERY AWESOME polite man But this time MARIA ( BEWARE OF HER N HOPE SHE LOSES HER JOB) got to me 1st. After 10 minutes waiting she ask' have you cashed checks before fro this person ' taken back by her demeanor but that audacity of the question' I said yes and Inquired why' ' Well we get a lot of fraud n have to check to make sure signature is good' ( not sure if this was racial motivated' But I told her ' how dare you say that to o me and shouldn't have taken you almost 15 minutes to check signature before you had the nerve to insinuate fraud . Manger came out and not let her laugh at me but continue to be disrespectful to not on my but him. I got my $$ and left humiliated furious. Will contact President of Bank

I have never had a better experience than here. Staff is always courteous, Phil the branch manager has helped me in ways I didn't know were even available to me. I am so glad I decided to walk through the door and choose here. It hasn't been just been a banking experience, it's been much needed help and support.

Hectic and congested Shopping Center Parking lot. Hard to navigate around the construction to the building the bank the is in. The ease of driving around to the side of the bank was difficult because of the construction to reach the ATM Drive thru. Once the construction is completed, I like the Service and the Staff at this location and would give 5 stars.

I have been a client of M&T Bank for over five years and speaking with Phil he answered ALL my questions and was very helpful on what I needed. If you ever call in, ask for Phil!

Inside is locked. So you would think the drive thru would have more than ONE person working the drive thru...NOPE. One person...20 min wait for 2 lanes

I went here today to deposit cash into my husbands account and our business account. There were three tellers behind the counter and one customer ahead of me. One teller was helping her while the second teller decided to have a conversation with the customer about her husbands medical issues. This same teller also left a customer sitting in drive thru while deciding to continue having this conversation that was in no way related to banking business. I was left standing there for 15 minutes before the third teller decided to do his job. There is no professionalism, no structure nor do they have Management at this branch, which could explain a lot. I am never doing business at this branch again. They don't even deserve one star, but I had to give it in order to send this post.

There has been a great deal of turnover at this branch. The tellers are doing okay thanks to help from their supervisors. With respect to the relationship bankers, I would recommend that folks see Rita Malhotra. She has experience and wisdom and provides good advice.

We sat in the drive through for a deposit for 47 minutes. Was absolutely ridiculous. The day after a holiday and they only have what seemed like one new person and one manager there. Day after a holiday you should expect to be busy and be prepared.
