“This is a great place to bring your car. I only came for an estimate for a little scratch on my handle, and they helped me for free with some paint(also gifted to me). Really trusty place, and I recommend you bring your car here.”
“I brought the car in with a “service brake assist” warning. The initial tests said it would be a $4000+ repair but they researched it further on their own to identify a relatively minor problem which proved to be the problem. Saved me thousands. They also identified several other somewhat expected problems for an aged car. All in all I came back very satisfied.”
“I’ve been talking my car there for about 15 years or more. Always great work and priced fair. No upsell pressure at all. See Matt, he knows his way around vehicles for sure. I’ve even seen him smile a few times. Forget going to the dealer and getting ripped off.”
“To be fair, the staff was nice but not impressed with the service by any means. Paid $120 for an oil change, lets call it reasonable. Then I was presented a very professional checklist of all the other things that are included with the service. Just like any other good scam, NOTHING on that checklist was done. They did try to up sell but the trust went out the window for me. I’m okay paying $120 for an oil change, why set the expectation for all the other services that you don’t actually provide?
2 other guys were also there, complaining about the service or the lack of as well as how they were charged for things they did not agree to. Should’ve got the hint right there ?♂️
Not recommending this place at all….
Second review after service:
Andre was king enough to reach out. We had a conversation about my experience and I must say, it was handled extremely professionally and I greatly appreciate the fact that they reached out and offered a solution.
Thank you Andre and team, we will be back for another service and will have a better understanding of your services.”
“Great experience with NTB! I came as a walk-in and was impressed by the quick service. The staff was professional, friendly, and honest. They provided excellent service and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.”
“The location is conveniently located right by the dealership. Big thanks to Angie and the team for the quick service for a first time “customer for life””
“Everytime I come I'm treated like royalty! They give me 100% complete service!
Today my tires were rotated, oil change, 2 pt fuel system cleaning, gdi system cleaner, air filter, etc”

“Trusting my daughter's recommendation to take my care for service at BM Auto, I did so this morning. My interior and door lights weren't working, nor was my cigarette lighter for charging and one USB port. Received a quote for at least $500 from the dealer service department, so it seemed like the right time to try a new place. I couldn't believe it! The issue was immediately diagnosed and then resolved with a new fuse within 10 minutes. I had planned to have to leave my car, so that was a relief in and of itself, and then... the technician told me there was no charge! They were so professional, kind, and generous that I wanted to share my experience. I am now a loyal customer and will refer others to BM Auto in Columbia for skilled, kind, and honest service. Today has been a great day, thanks to the gentleman from BM Auto who started it that way for me. I wish I knew his name and will be sure to ask him next time :)”
