“AMAZING SERVICE ALERT: Welp, we've all been there...the dreaded "CHECK ENGINE" light illuminates on your dash, and your heart vacates the appropriate chamber in your chest for your stomach, as an array of wild causes assaults your cerebellum like a ceramic metal orb in a pinball machine. I took my suspicions to DAKIS Service Center, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Same-day diagnosis, repair and return of my vehicle, excellent communication from drop-off to pick-up, and friendly customer service (even my dogs liked him - and my girl hates dudes (she has her reasons). Also, there's this lovely tech there named James who made to sure clear the code a couple times before trying to suggest the service. He genuinely tried to see if it would clear on its own, given the circumstances of my gas cap fumble earlier in the week, and suggested to return if and when it did. And when it did, they handled it promptly If you're in the need for a fix, and you're looking to champion a local neighborhood business, look no further than the kind, competent and professional DAKIS Service Center in Kings Contrivance Shopping Center (attached to the Exxon). You'll pay for the service your car needs and deserves!”

“Found Ken's quite a few years ago and I'm glad I did. I trust them with my high mileage 16 year old SUV, my 17 year old high mileage coupe, and my new sports sedan. “I've been going to BM auto more than 10 years now. There was an employee I didn't know who diagnosed a problem and was overly anxious to work on my vehicle before checking whether that was the actual problem. When I expressed my concern, the employee had to be told twice to let Fadil work on my vehicle. The next time I took my vehicle in, didn't see that employee so gave me a sense of relief that he would not be working on my vehicle. I only trust Fadil, and one other mechanic as well as the current owner to work on my vehicle as I've never experienced issues once the work was completed. Trust means everything. Can truly say this is an honest reputable shop with experienced mechanics I've had the pleasure of recommending to family and even strangers.”

“I have gone here quite frequently, off and on for over twenty years. There were several years when I lived out of state so I couldn't visit this location.Overall the service is still pretty good. However I have noticed that the new staff is not as conscientious as the old crew, who used to work there. Of course it's to be expected that eventually there would be a turnover of staff after 20 years!After an oil change, I noticed that something wasn't quite right. I took my vehicle back and explained what was happening. However the "team leader" or assistant manager, shrugged it off and said he didn't see anything wrong.A few weeks later, I called and asked to speak with the main person in charge. He told me to bring the car in, and he would take a look.When I arrived, he put the car up on the stand, so that he could properly evaluate what was happening underneath. He found the problem!It's a good thing I didn't just listen to the assistant manager, who said he see anything wrong. He didn't put the car up on the stand, so no wonder he couldn't find the problem.I hope the new team will come to truly enjoy their jobs, and learn all that they can about vehicles and the maintenance of them.The old crew were true professionals who cared about doing great work. May God bless them!They kept my other vehicle on the road for many years.”
