“To be fair, the staff was nice but not impressed with the service by any means. Paid $120 for an oil change, lets call it reasonable. Then I was presented a very professional checklist of all the other things that are included with the service. Just like any other good scam, NOTHING on that checklist was done. They did try to up sell but the trust went out the window for me. I’m okay paying $120 for an oil change, why set the expectation for all the other services that you don’t actually provide?
2 other guys were also there, complaining about the service or the lack of as well as how they were charged for things they did not agree to. Should’ve got the hint right there ?♂️

The initial tests said it would be a $4000+ repair but they researched it further on their own to identify a relatively minor problem which proved to be the problem. Saved me thousands. They also identified several other somewhat expected problems for an aged car. All in all I came back very satisfied.”

“I absolutely cant stand waiting around and wasting time for my oil change, so I m already in a less than happy state of mind just walking through the door. Angie at the front desk was so professional and she handled the issues that arose AND my attitude about it all calmly and kindly. So my antenna was missing after they washed my car. Long story short, she helped me find it and all was well again. I apologized for being a Karen. And i told her thank you for the professionalism. I use this location often and she is consistently professional. Angie, you rock girl!
Also they have a female mechanic right now and I hope people ask for her to work on their cars here. Her name is Jasmine. She is talented and i hope she gets lots of requests.”

“Trusting my daughter's recommendation to take my care for service at BM Auto, I did so this morning. My interior and door lights weren't working, nor was my cigarette lighter for charging and one USB port. Received a quote for at least $500 from the dealer service department, so it seemed like the right time to try a new place. I couldn't believe it! The issue was immediately diagnosed and then resolved with a new fuse within 10 minutes. I had planned to have to leave my car, so that was a relief in and of itself, and then... the technician told me there was no charge! They were so professional, kind, and generous that I wanted to share my experience. I am now a loyal customer and will refer others to BM Auto in Columbia for skilled, kind, and honest service. Today has been a great day, thanks to the gentleman from BM Auto who started it that way for me. I wish I knew his name and will be sure to ask him next time :)”
