“My elderly mother drove a badly damaged car into the shop, and the guys treated her like she was their own grandmother. They gave her a ride back to her senior living apartment, assessed the damage, and contacted her with a reasonably priced estimate before the end of the day. They repaired the extensive damage quickly, and when I was unable to bring her to pick up the car before the close of business on Friday, they came to get her, so she could bring her car home. You don't get much better service than that!”

“I've been going to BM auto more than 10 years now. There was an employee I didn't know who diagnosed a problem and was overly anxious to work on my vehicle before checking whether that was the actual problem. When I expressed my concern, the employee had to be told twice to let Fadil work on my vehicle. The next time I took my vehicle in, didn't see that employee so gave me a sense of relief that he would not be working on my vehicle. I only trust Fadil, and one other mechanic as well as the current owner to work on my vehicle as I've never experienced issues once the work was completed. Trust means everything. Can truly say this is an honest reputable shop with experienced mechanics I've had the pleasure of recommending to family and even strangers.”
