I don’t know her name, but I just have to say thank you to the incredibly kind woman at this store. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how friendly and upbeat she was smiling, chatting, and genuinely enjoying every interaction. It was so heartwarming to see someone who clearly loves her job and spreads joy just by being herself. My baby had dropped her favorite toy the day before, and when I stopped by to check, this same sweet soul handed it to me like it was no big deal, but it meant so much. Thank you for your kindness!

Went in to do a return based on the policies on the website and the manager did not want to address me and I was told oh well that’s how it is today even though it took a simple google to show the policy from your website. Unprofessional and rude.

I had some returns and was in the area. The returns were quickly done. I decided to check out the store and had an armful of clothes. An associate brought me a cart. An amazing experience from start to finish.

Really disappointed when I was informed they don't carry plus size clothing - Old Navy had a huge announcement a year or two ago about size inclusivity so it feels pretty backwards to walk into a store and not be able to find anything that I can try on. I ended up ordering online - but because I didn't get a chance to try them on, none fit me well. I went to a different Old Navy location - one that did carry bigger sizes - to return the online order, then be able to try on and purchase my clothes. The attendant let me know that they don't carry plus size because it wasn't selling - but seeing the reviews, I can see I'm not the only one looking for plus size clothing at this location - so they should really reconsider.

Super disappointed to find this store does not carry womens plus in store. You can walk to the men’s section and find a xxxl shirt but nothing in the other half of the store.

I wish they had a larger section for girls. Overall the staff was friendly and attentive, but I was asked 4x in the 30-45 mins I was there if I needed help. I understand that the associate was just trying to be helpful, but after engaging the first time, I will come and find you if I need help. It almost felt like I was being harassed like they thought my daughter and I were going to steal. Cashier was great, she helped me reopen my previously unused credit card and I saved so much money restocking my daughter for summer.

They have their spring collection out. The sales associate was very nice and helpful with helping me pick out items for my daughter.

They have better quality clothes than the other Old Navy in Arundel Mills Mall.
