We are getting ready to trade a 7 year old car and these guys came to my house and cleaned up my car and it truly looks as good as it did the day I drove it out of the showroom! They’re professional. They’re kind. But most of all, they’re really good! Will definitely use them again!

Craig did a great job on my Grandfather's vehicle that has been sitting for several years. I drove the car yesterday and it brought back memories of past times. I am very happy with the look and smell of the car and will work with On The Spot for the work on my other vehicle. Glad I found this local area business. Again, I give Craig credit for probably making me a repeat customer.

The entire staff was great. From my initial phone call for scheduling to meeting my tech at drop off. George is the tech that did the work. He is pleasant, friendly and helpful. Last but not not least he did a fantastic job.

Absolutely top-notch experience - from scheduling to detailing. The entire team was so friendly and responsive. Kaity was great in answering my questions about the service. Earl did a superb job - very thorough and I am being pleased. My car turned out better than I expected. I have already recommended a friend to try it out and plan to be back again the next time my car needs detailing

I'm a little bit disappointed with the detailing. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice, but the detailing itself did not seem to be very high quality. My seats were left with dirt on them that I could scrape away with my finger nail, so I question how thoroughly it was shampooed. I brought it in primarily for an odor, and I can still smell the odor in addition to the smell of the cleaner. A piece from the interior of my car was left on top of the car, and when leaving, it fell off the roof and I had to pick it up off the side of the road. Overall not very impressed for $200 just interior detailing.

On the spot detailing did a great job on my car. They came to my house on time.. even a little early. He went out of way to fit me in the schedule, which was appreciated. Customer service was excellent.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car detailing company. First, they were late to my appointment, which set the tone for the rest of the service. I requested a full exterior detail, expecting them to remove minor scratches as promised. Unfortunately, they did more harm than good. I inspected my vehicle beforehand, knowing it had some dents and deep scratches, but they managed to chip the paint in new areas.
To make matters worse, the car wasn’t even fully dry when they handed it back to me. The grill wasn’t properly cleaned either, which should be a basic part of any detailing service. Honestly, they should remove the word “detail” from their name because what they provided was more like a simple, subpar wash. It was definitely not worth the price.

Our family was in a scramble during our overseas move to Germany (due to repeated delays in administrative paperwork and clearances), so our two-month timeline was compressed into two weeks, which left me just a few days to prepare my car for International Auto Logistics (IAL) and the rigorous transatlantic shipment regulations. I’d heard dozens of horror stories from friends and acquaintances who’d been turned away from IAL because their car had small specks of dirt or slightly damp floor mats, so I wanted to make sure my car was professionally cleaned. I called On-The-Spot Mobile Detailing, and they carved out time for me the very next day. The team was friendly, professional and accommodating, and my car has never looked better! More importantly, because they’re familiar with international vehicle shipment requirements, IAL inspected and approved my car within minutes of drop-off, and even complimented its cleanliness. My sincere thanks to On-The-Spot for turning a stressful obstacle into a breezy non-issue; I’ll be recommending you to my colleagues in the future!
