It is open by appt. No one besides my trainer was there and the equipment was immediately wiped down after use.

Has everything you need including incredible hours. Great clientele and even better trainers. Price is unbeatable in the Columbia area. Anyone ready to lose the COVID-19 (lbs) at a great gym with direct access to trainers and classes should put Performance Private Training at the top of their list.
