I wish I could give a negative star due to service, I spend close to $40 on fishes in which the other 1 all died. One customer representative said I can get a refund or exchange which I choose to get exchanged. Now another said I have to bring curcas of dead fishes. An interesting part of the fish department personnel said he knows some of these fishes had a bad batch but no exchange. It is a two part problem one they knowingly are selling a bad batch and refusing to exchange.

Lauren was super helpful in helping me set up my Petsmart app. Normally, I tend to decline these offers, but she was thorough in explaining the benefits to me which resulted in my earning $30 in rewards for my next purchase. I’m thankful for her help because my dog has champagne taste on my Corona budget when it comes to her food.

Just went to the location and Columbia and it was great! Service was very nice and The Grooming Salon was well kept. Staff was friendly and did a great job with my dogs service. Compared between Glen Burnie and Columbia I noticed that both locations have the dogs cut where customers are dropping off and picking up their pets. I know some locations in the United States have the grooming in a clothes off location where reception is can pick up, drop off, and pay for their dogs without having to be in the same section as the dogs getting serviced. It would be awesome to see Maryland PetSmart locations to incorporate that so the service experience can be even better!

I give this place one star because my dog was ‘alive’ when I picked her up. She teamed of pee when I picked her up. The attendant admitted she was walked in the morning but at 6pm, had not had her afternoon walked. Her bedding was ringing wet of urine. I will never, ever use this facility again to board my pet.

Does anyone know where Kim went?? Thats the only person I trusted with my dogs grooming. She's a fussy one and Kim always was able to get her done and always looking aahhhhmazing! :( Kimmmm where are you?? lol the 5 stars is for Kim and Kim alone.

The pets hotel was great but the grooming salon experience was not good. The salon took 3 1/2 hours longer than originally told to me.

This is for the pet hotel more than the PetSmart.
I found the employees to be very accommodating and understand when I came in prepared to use their services. I was able to get them the needed paperwork. The line I had created made me feel guilty but I found that even the patrons were understanding and kind. Thank you PetSmart, pet hotel employees and customers.
