Quality DME was the best...they kept me informed and up to date. Package was delivered with everything in it. Mrs. Janelle Rolstad was friendly and helpful. She was patient with me explained everything about how to use the machine. I'm very grateful for Mrs. Janelle help and Quality DME for their help too.

I was concerned about using a CPAP machine for the 1st time but my online meeting with Nysha Barber was awesome! She could not have been better and I was mega impressed with both her and the ease of the machine itself. I could not recommend Quality DME Inc. more!

They are the second provider I have used and are so much more efficient and helpful. Janelle in particular was very helpful and made the new machine easy to understand and gave me good recommendations for a mask. I appreciate her flexibility at scheduling appointments. Overall very pleased!

Everything was EZPZ! No problems with getting my CPAP machine shipped. Everything I needed was included in the UPS box, and I was able to consult REMOTELY (EZPZ) session with Jenelle Rolstad who was my Respiratory Therapist. She was super friendly, and provided a bunch of helpful information! After speaking with Janelle, I'm very encouraged and I'm looking forward to better sleep!! Thank you Janelle and Qualtiy DME !!! 5 STARS!!

My feedback is due to customer support communication.I placed an order of my CPAP machine in February 2022. I was informed that due to chip shortage, there will be delay in receiving the CPAP machine. Also, I was told I will be getting the Resmed Airsense 11.I received the new machine on July 9th. It’s Resmed airsense 10. Also, it’s a machine without the modem. Now I don’t get any sleep report on the app. It’s a total manual machine.Why was this not communicated to me beforehand that I’m getting a trim down model? I would have inquired with other vendors on latest model availability.

Update 3.1.21Just received a bill for something I already paid for the day the bill was generated. Really wish this company would train their employees better ESPECIALLY people sending out statements! Pictures attached of the email and my care credit payment. Be sure you don't get double charged!Update 2.3.21Quality DME did reach out to me today. My order is being shipped out. Customer service has 2 sides: 1. When you first meet a company and 2. When you need customer service. The fact that this company reached out to me within 24hrs warrants an increase in rating to 4 stars. 5 star is for a company that makes each part a smooth transaction. 4 stars is a company that does care about their patients but may have made a "flub". In conclusion, I will continue to do business with them.Update as of 2.2.21This company is great when you first buy all the equipment for $900+ but when you need additional items after one year their customer service socks! I sent Kayla my credit card over a week ago and still no charge to my card nor my replacement items have been sent out. It has now been a week and the only response I have received (after 2 voicemails and 3 emails) was "I need to ask my boss how to run the card". Really....it takes 1 week to learn how to process care credit. So finally, I explained to her to go to the provider portal and etc.. as we do this everyday in our office. 5 stars has dropped to 2. Still awaiting a response.Results after my CPAP in I think 1 month:My coffee intake has gone downNot sluggish during the dayNot sleepy by 7pmDigestive issues have gotten much betterLess brain fogAge: 35Machine: ResMedCompany: Quality DME was with me every step of the way with zoom meetings and follow ups. Haven't needed any repairs or questions so once that happens I'll update this status.Result: Yeah I wear the nostril mask and its not the sexiest device but I have no trouble sleeping with it. Yes, it takes about 2 nights to get use to the air control going in your nose but it stays on and I feel much better in the morning!

Janelle was amazingly knowledgeable about my equipment and helped me set all of the system up so I know that I will have a great nights sleep. She communicated early with me to ensure I was able to get into the meeting with her, and I really appreciate her assistance with my new equipment.

I recently had a virtual appointment concerning my new CPAP equipment with Respiratory Therapist, Janelle Rolstad. Janelle helped me to get more familiar with how to use and maintain the equipment. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease with what this new, scary, and overwhelming experience was going to be for me. I can tell she was deeply knowledgeable about the equipment and the impact and effectiveness it can have on improving health. I appreciate and am so glad that I had the opportunity to speak with Janelle! She is a real asset to the Quality DME company staff!

Due to Covid, I had a virtual GoToMeeting with Janelle Rolstad to get set up with my new C-pap machine. She was professional, informative and knew her stuff! She even called me the following evening (a Saturday! Who does that?!?!) to check my progress after using my new machine, and to address any questions that I may have had. 5 star service! Quality DME sent me a APAP machine that was not set up and ready for use. The Air Sense 10 machine is supposed to record your sleep data, and send the data to the MyAir app and website where you can see for yourself how you are doing with the machine. For some reason my machine is not working. There’s a very long wait to talk to a representative when you are the only caller in the queue. They made sure remind me that if I’m not compliant with using the machine 4 hrs a night, I could be charged for the machine. The machine isn’t recording my data, I’ve used it three times, and can’t seem to get any useful help. My experience is not good so far. The machine isn’t helping me sleep better, there’s not enough pressure. I’m told that I need to talk to my Dr if I need adjustments. I can’t talk to the doctor unless I can get the feedback from the machine. WHAT A MESS! Why is this so hard. Why can’t it just connect to my WiFi and use my internet connection. Frustrated with Airsense 10, and lack of support from Quality DME.
