We went there 1st time without appointment, not knowing, they made us wait 90 minutes. They were not willing to accommodate for the person without appointment- not knowingly of requiring appointment. Not a customer friendly place.
Finally they got us after repeated requests!

I am sorry but these ladies were rude wee unprofessional . They were talking negatively about a patient in the waiting room and my tech wasn’t friendly at all. She seemed like she just wanted to get it done. I didn’t get my blood drawn here to do complications and won’t be coming back.

Had a test here last week, arrived early and checked in, they called me right away. Very thorough and had a nice conversation with the tech. I get a lot of blood draws and while my typical in network is another brand this appointment and Quest in general were great!
EDIT: Since this visit I have come 2 other times and both experiences were great. On top of that, just happy I can buy my own bloodwork, in one case one of the test eliminated the need for me to follow up with a doctor on a suspected issue, and another was able to demonstrate to my doctor that an issue WAS occurring. Self-agency in healthcare is a massive thing to have.

I came an hour before they close no line. When I rung the doorbell someone came right away. Ivonne drew my blood and I honestly didn't fell the needle go in or out. Best blood drawing experience I've ever had.

I was given a receipt for only one Easy Pay statement; however, when I arrived home, I had two different statements basically doubling the hold on my card. The customer service was also extremely poor. I will we going elsewhere.

My wife asked me to drop off a set of stool samples before Quest closed at 4:30pm on Friday 31 May, 2024...I got there at 4:05pm and the doors were locked and no one answered? What kind of facility arbitrarily shuts the doors before official closing...especially since they offer walk-in appts?
I took time out of my day to get there well before closing and whomever runs the place just decided to close the doors. I tried calling Quest to question and report the closing and, of course, there is no human to talk too.
