I've been here multiple times. This time it was brakes and oil change. Professional staff. Helpful. Friendly. Sometimes the work is quick. Sometimes it takes longer. It's worth the wait. Will be back.

Excellent customer service. In and out within one hour. Had a general check-up and oil change. I'm a forever Apple Ford fan, they have never let me down.

I get free oil changes here as I bought my car at Apple Ford. They also rotate your tires and check tire pressure . They also do other routine checks under the hood. It took about an hour. Call for an appointment. They also sell and change tires but I haven't used this service.

I just returned from this quick lane and I expect to return for my next vehicle service. I, like an idiot made an appointment and came in a week early (no paying attention to the date I made it) I have a trip coming up and needed an oil change as I was a hair overdue. I was advised how busy they were (nothing new all dealers are slammed right now), and that the possibility of getting in was low. The service writer said I could wait and see if his next appointment showed up, in which I could slide into their slot if it was a no show. Whelp before I could sit down and get comfortable for my 15 min wait and see, they said they cleared up a bit and could get me in now. I was in and out in around 30ish mins. As I stated before I'll most likely return with my other vehicle as my first experience so far (there's always the tail light guarantee) has been good.

At this Quick Lane, they did oil change, but they didn't rotate tires or wash the vehicle like they told me and I'm a life time customer.

When you purchase a new vehicle (not sure about used) from Apple Ford, it comes with a lifetime oil change and tire rotation. When you bring your car in the quick lane will check for all kinds of things to be replaced. I hate to say it, but I’ve had my private mechanic replace things for my 100,000 mile journey and the quick lane will still tell me it’s time for me to replace those things if I’ve hit over 100k. I don’t think they’re actually checking those things, just making an assumption that they aren’t done and then quoting you. They will list as much possible for you to pay for to replace. They’ll check breaks for you, etc which is great! BUT if you aren’t smart about what you’re getting done (or aware of the prices at private mechanics) be cautious. It can become extremely expensive. Whenever I go I’m given a print out of things I “should get done”. (Some are things I’ve already had done recently). I think they pretty much report anything you haven’t gotten done at Apple Ford as something that needs replacing. Now let me say this, for all the money Ford is charging for their labor on their vehicles you’d THINK they’d pay their mechanics a more fair and livable wage!! The mechanics are amazing, the customer service reps are amazing. Give them all a raise if you’re going to keep price gouging auto repair services ?!Services: Electrical

Not a great experience. Communication and record keeping from previous visit was apparently inaccurate. "Multi-point Inspection" is a joke and not an inspection at all. It is really just a print out of scheduled maintenance. Clearly technicians did not actually look at anything. Items were flagged as needing immediate attention when they didn't and other items marked as need attention that are not even equipped on the model vehicle
