It’s the worst Royal Farms ever
I recently tried the chicken and the western fries and it was a major disappointment. The chicken wasn’t well done, leaving it almost inedible. The fries & chicken were lacking any salt or good seasoning. To make matters worse, both the chicken and fries were extremely oily, making the whole meal feel heavy and unappetizing. I expected way better quality, but unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfying. Definitely not worth the money!

Extremely disappointing! I picked up fried chicken from this location on Wednesday of last week. It was hot and fresh. I returned yesterday, Sunday, and ordered the same , an eight piece dark. The Indian woman who handled my ordered CLEARLY knew that the chicken was from the previous day. It was hard as a rock and really dark in color and COLD!! I did not know that I had been given day old chicken until I arrived home.That said, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, and I threw the DAY OLD chicken away!

The store is very well kept and has great management. I spoke to Farwa and she was kind, understanding, and a genuinely nice and caring employee. The store was very clean and everything seemed to be rolling smoothly under her leadership.

Awesome place to visit for quick bite to eat, gas, restroom and play lottery. Very neat and organize gas station and the staff is very helpful. Definitely recommend to friends and family.???

Better than average food, ok service considering they are hiring handicapped individuals, who mosta-holes would laugh at and never hire, usually lowest gas prices. Great car wash ?

Came in today and ordered three sandwiches and some other items, sadly one of the three sandwiches was missing from the order. Upon returning, the 2 nice ladies prepping the food were very helpful in fixing the problem quickly.

The chicken at this location seems to be cooked with a different recipe and the pieces are over cooked. I had to cancel an order of strips because they seemed tiny and over cooked. Wondering if each location can buy different chicken.

That place is a joke!! 5wings and fried rice and beef lomein for $30 no mambo sauce or chili sauce just packet hotsauce and ketchup?? not coming back and not recommended

1/29/24, 4:21 PM- 10 pc. dark chix/ $15. Chix was NOT FRESH! When I opened the bag after getting home the chix looked old, the skin was soggy with grease and the meat was dry like they had been sitting in the fridge and were thrown into the fryer to make them hot again. None of the pieces were even lukewarm at that point which told me even more that it wasn't fresh, fried chix. I've had Royal Farms chix before and when it's fresh the chix stays crisp and juicy and even retains the heat for at least a couple of hours. You can tell when something has been thrown back in the fryer to be reheated and that's what this looked and tasted like. Waste of money, time and ruined my appetite.

Fed up of broken self check Outs! Transactions take forever! Cleaniness needs addressed,
no soap at sink inside, no CINNAMON for coffee And people taking forever to pump gas and move they cars. MOVE / PULL OUT AFTER U PUMP ⛽️ . Employees need realize alot of people travel ,come to gas and coffee. So maryland, move over ,hurry up you snails ?
