Terrible service and completely unprofessional staff. Not only did they damage my vehicle during a simple windshield replacement, but they also refused to take responsibility or fix it. A large chunk of paint was taken off, and when I went to pick up my car, the employees at the desk were on their phones and showed zero concern. No apology, no explanation, just handed me the keys and said there was nothing they could do.
Yes, the windshield was replaced, but now my car has a huge damaged area, and to make matters worse, it smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana when I got it back.
Absolutely awful experience. Do not go here. I will also be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau.

Home visit to replace windshield in my wife’s 2003 Expedition. Windshield is fine with no leaks since install. Set up through my insurance Erie. $100 deductible paid would be a great price for a better job.
My issue is with the unacceptable mess the technician created during the replacement. My wife noticed he was outside breaking the windshield out with a hammer. It was obvious something like that had happened because the interior of the truck was littered with glass shards. The defrost vent apparently wasn’t covered because we vacuumed a ridiculous amount of glass out of it and the lower foot vents. It had fallen all through the vent system. The tech had broken the clips holding the “grill” under the windshield wipers and left it loose. Add the scratches all over the hood and passenger fender and I’m sure everyone can understand my disappointment. I’m not as bothered by the scratches on the hood because the paint was fading really bad already, but it’s the point when you add up everything else. He also left the rubber trim pieces on the exterior sticking up past the top piece almost 1/2”. My wife asked about it and she was told it was just cosmetic. I know from past experiences the wind will pull them out if they are not installed correctly (which did happen on a short trip to Richmond for a concert). I also know our car wash will pull them out. Add the trim he cut on the interior to the list as well.
I scheduled to take it to the Safelite store in Columbia to discuss the issues. Gentleman inspected the vehicle and my pictures. He adjusted the rubber strips and installed new clips to correct the grille that was completely loose. He was very helpful and also told me they would order the broken plastic cover for the windshield wiper mounting bolt and call me when it arrived. That was over 4 weeks ago and not a peep. I wonder if someone from corporate might reach out to discuss after reading this and viewing the pics.
Wish I could figure out how to post videos. I have one that shows very well the scratches and black sealant all over the hood and fender.

Making appointments was easy. I had to reschedule a few times and it was easy to get new appt. Juan was very good about calling before he came to my house and he was very good. Great job. He called when he was done as well. Excellent service.

Two windshields replaced within a couple weeks and both had flaws/distortion in them. A quality inspection during install would have revealed the problems and they shouldn't have been installed. Time to visit a different location to see if they can install a quality replacement windshield. For $800+ one would hope to receive a quality replacement.

I scheduled a windshield replacement on August 26th due to a crack. After the first appointment, I immediately noticed a scratch on the far right side of the new windshield. I was told it needed to be replaced again.
I scheduled a second appointment and took time off work to accommodate it. Unbelievably, the replacement windshield ALSO arrived scratched — this time with a visible mark right on the driver's side.
At this point, I’ve had two faulty replacements, and I’ve had to rearrange my schedule and transportation twice — all while the issue remains unresolved. There seems to be no quality control, and I have no confidence in their service.
I’m still waiting for a proper solution, and I sincerely hope others don’t go through the same experience.

Incompetent. I scheduled two separate appointments and both times the store ordered the wrong part. The gentleman with long hair who works the front desk is especially incompetent and very nonchalant about it.
