Hubby arrived and was told they had to postpone his appt a week. Somewhat frustrating. Second time around went better and job was done well and in a timely manner.

Had to wait 45 minutes to be told that a windshield repair would need to be a replacement. Not frustrated that the windshield wasn't replaced, but dissapointed that the windshield couldn't have been inspected earlier and next steps could have been taken earlier rather than waiting 45 minutes for an inspection that resulted in me going home without a resolution. Would suggest standard operating procedure be looked at to provide better service to future customers.

They have been very good and honest every time I’ve gone (which is twice now). They’re very friendly and helpful too. This second time they told me that what I had was a divot and that there wasn’t anything they could do—I was happy with this because they were honest and not charging me for something that didn’t need to be done. I will choose this location over the others, even though I don’t live close.

while it was great to see out of the rear drive side window again, the installer left glass in places that damages the window ever time it is opened/closed. tiffany and mike, at the columbia shop, gave a full refund and were supposed to order a new glass. supposedly, their corp office charged me a second time. again, tiffany and mike issued a refund. except their cop office charged me a third time, plus an additional amount on a separate charge (for which no one has been able to provide details). disputes have been file with my credit card and I'm not sure I'll ever trust safelite again. turns out, taking it to the dealer for the repair was cheaper!!

Great service! When my window was vandalized, it did take a few days to get an appointment but the service was quick. I was there maybe 30 min for a busted window. They also offer free “crash wraps” so they will cover your window with that if you have to wait a few days for the appointment. My new window looks great and I’m happy with the results

If I could give no stars, I would. Worst customer experience I've had ever.. I had a service rep come to my house and change my windshield, they damaged the mirror bracket and used an awful looking glue to stick it back on, significantly reducing the value of my vehicle. I've been going to their office to get a replacement, since JUNE without any traction or resolution. The lady at reception, who needs a whole review on her own because she's extremely nonchalant to helping me resolve this, is of no help. I'll be escalating this matter to the office of consumer protection until this is resolved. I do not recommend doing business with this specific location.

Worst service and bad experience.Home visiting professional was admant about replacement instead of repair. A week later, the shop receptionist assured me of having received insurance approval for replacement. However, I was informed that the insurance approval was never obtained when I get the shop one month later. I have to pay full price to replace. At least, she can notice me before I trip the shop.

Have taken my car here 5 times and counting but it's all been for the same defect. First appointment they didn't get the glass and had to reschedule. Second appointment the new glass was there but it had a scratch so they didn't put it on and had to get rescheduled again. Third time they finally switch my broken glass but my car has a heads up display that doesn't play nice with whatever 3rd party glass they got (even though I made sure of asking and pointing it out to please make sure it would work), had to get rescheduled. Brought it back the Fourth time so they can try yet another 3rd party glass to make sure it's not a defect of the one I got before they actually order one from manufacturer, surprise, it wasn't a defect so they go ahead and order a glass from the manufacturer and I get rescheduled again. Fifth time, half an hour after dropping the car they said that the new glass is scratched and we need to reschedule yet again...If you value your time just take your car ANYWHERE else because I promise it will be faster.

The window installation went just fine, but some how my drivers seat has a crease in it that is noticeable and won't go away. Not sure but I will probably have to buy a new seat bottom for my 2020 Mazda 6.

Brought my GT350 in and they tore up my Headliner and cut into my passenger pillar. They had me get a quote from a repair shop and they said they are waiting on a response from corporate. That was weeks ago and now they are ghosting me.

This is the best place to bring your car to replace you glass , everything was fast and while we waited, we had water and coffee in the waiting room, they are very professional, I really recommend them

Be advised this location employs tactics of bait and switch. I needed a new windshield and received a quote from Safelite (based on my VIN and other relevant information they requested from me) of $1,151.02. I agreed to this proposal and set up an appointment for the repair. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was told they installed the wrong windshield and I would need to set up another appointment for the correct one (they left the incorrect one installed in the vehicle).I set up a second appointment for the correct windshield and was called when the work was complete. The girl on the phone said I could pick up my car and the total cost was $2,041.42. We went back and forth as to why it wasn't the price I was quoted and how I should have been notified for an almost $1,000 difference. Not only that, my VIN would have told Safelite the exact windshield necessary for the car as there have been no after factory additions. I was told by Safelite that a manager would call but of course, no one bothered. Don't expect customer service at this location because there isn't any. The staff (which consists of two girls at the front desk because the manager is MIA) were completely indifferent. They cared more about their DoorDash order. I was getting nowhere with Safelite, and I wanted to go to a different location to get my windshield replaced but couldn't because Safelite intentionally discarded the old windshield and left me with their incorrect one, forcing me to complete the transaction at this location and take action after the fact.

I usually do not write reviews but the WORST possible place to get glass repaired/ replaced. I rescheduled 3 TIMES with them. 1st time they were running 45 minutes behind and it would’ve taken three hours for me to sit there to get the windshield replaced. 2nd time I went there I checked in they took the car back 30 minutes later to tell me the windshield is not there I rescheduled to the FOLLOWING week, 3rd time at 9am. I call them at 8:30am to make sure the glass is there. After 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a hold of someone she says its still not at the shop. What kind of service is this? At least call the customers the day before so they are not wasting their time. Instead of scrolling on social media. Absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back here again.

30 min to drive there and checked in car, sat for nearly 45 min before they told me windshield didn't come in, and wanted to reschedule... Another 50 min to drive home in Friday afternoon traffic. I'll reschedule, sometime but verify ahead of time everything. Would be nice to get a discount...

The complete expereince was great. Easy online claim. Able to choose vendor which was Satelie Autoglass. They communicated to confirm appointment. Called day of appointment and came early. Did the work efficiently. It was fast and easy. Great Service!
