They get a 3-star for always having my product … but every single Sephora I go to has long lines and only one person at the register

I had such a positive experience here with Nikki. Thank you, Nikki, for showing me new products and being so patient with me!

I came to Sephora to buy a birthday gift for my mom and the product selection was impressive.
The store was clean and well-stocked with a lot of great options.
However, it took a while to get help, and some staff seemed too busy to assist.
I eventually found what I needed, but the service could’ve been more attentive.
Overall, an average experience — not bad, but not the best either.

Rude employee Lola. The other ones were nice but she had such an attitude for no reason.

This store is not curbside friendly at all! I literally spent over 25 minutes waiting for my order, I put specific directions to my location. After waiting over 15 minutes, I called the store just for them to tell me to go to Pine garage, level 2 and calm back. I do as I was told and called the store back, waited an additional 10 minutes, but no one came out and my order had said it was picked up. I was furious and ended up parking and going inside of the store. I had to wait for the sales associate to come back for my order in which they still took their precious time. For all of that I could have shopped in store and literally wasted much time. Very disappointed with this service

Avoid this location if you care about customer service. Do not go in during the weekends or during a sale, very unhelpful and condescending staff.

Walked in and wasn’t greeted (2 employees chatting at the entrance just looked and kept on). Walked a bit around for some help and finally a guy came and offered help. I always feel like coming into these makeup stores, the employees will just look at you weird if youre a younger customer idk assuming im just there to lollygag. But the young man that helped me was awesome, I forgot to ask for his name, but he helped match me and help get all my items on my list and even recommended things for my skin type. I appreciate that kind of customer service. Where I’m helped and helped happily! Sucks bc I love makeup but dread going into these stores

This is the second time I've been there that noone approached me at all to ask if I needed help. I am a senior citizen. I have gone to Sephora for many years and when I was younger I would always have sales associates ask me for help. Maybe there is a need for more training regarding approaching the elderly. Other than feeling invisible the store, as always, is pretty awesome to shop in for makeup, skin care, and perfumes.

I came to Sephora on a very specific mission to find a color match to an old highlighter palette. The store was so crowded but the woman who helped me was great- she found 2 different options for me after trying a bunch of swatches. She was so nice and determined to help me out. I watched her kindly assist other people as she rounded the store for me.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because after looking around and waiting for for a while someone finally helped me with a color match. There were maybe about 4 or 5 employees in the store. Two of them kept looking at me with a not so kind look (did i look suspicious?). The woman who helped me seemed to be uncomfortable helping me.. I tried to be light hearted and I asked where the checkout was, she motioned toward a gentleman. I laughed saying "sorry I'm a bit blind today" since I didn't have my glasses. She didnt seem to be paying attention as she just said "yeah". The gentleman at the checkout had an air about him that made it seem like he didn't want to be there helping any of the customers. Still I tried to be light hearted and could barely hear what he was saying. Only one employee was very friendly and went around trying to help everyone. I don't blame the employees, working in a mall isn't fun, you get tired, and lots of rude customers. But every time I've gone I get rhe same negative experience which I don't get at certain other beauty stores. I'll personally be sticking to online orders. At least I got the help I needed!

The Columbia Mall store on Little Patuxent Pkwy is understaffed. I typically stand in line for around 10-15 minutes because very often there is only one person to check you out. The store is ALWAYS out of stock on many items and I have a very hard time getting anyone to pull products I need which are in locked drawers. They won't make perfume samples for you because I was told they don't have anything containers to spray perfume in. One time I stood in line for a very long time and there was nobody behind any of the cash registers. There were only two people working in the store and one of them was doing a makeover and the other person was helping a customer for a very long time. We all stood in line for a very long time and after customers complaining about it, finally someone came to help. Many times there are no tissues or applicators to test makeup and trash cans are overflowing and need to be empty. I just feel like the store is not managed properly and some of the people who work there are not helpful and do not make eye contact. It's not a pleasant store to go into. I have only found one person named Danny who is helpful at all times.
