Negative stars. BEWARE!!! VISITED THIS AM could not choose low octane gas (kept going to high octane), changed pumps, same thing but was able to change octane and pumped $16.60.
Mental note to ck cred card when I got home -there are TWO $200 pending charges on cred card. I have NEVER had any issue at pumps anywhere!! Already alerted cred card Co and will follow up.
Go elsewhere!!!

Had a really negative experience while getting gas.
Drove up to a gas pump. Go to insert card, but screen said to pay inside. Not a problem... until the management treated it as so.
The entire interaction was hostile on their part. They were consistently muttering insults under their breath and making sure that I felt like an inconvenience. I frankly don't even want to discuss what they said as it left such a bad taste in my mouth.
As a customer who has frequently driven out of their way to get gas here, I am extremely disappointed. It was my first time interacting with management and will be my last.

They had what I wanted (3 other Shell stations didn't) and, the cashier was nice.

Beware using the upside app here. I went here to fill up to get back $.20/gallon and when I hit claim, it had been moved down to $.7/gallon. That's bad practice and no good on their part. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I won't be coming back to this gas station again.

I am deeply concerned about the consistently high gas prices at this station, especially compared to other locations in the region. It feels like customers are being taken advantage of, as this station seems to be milking every penny from hardworking people who rely on fuel for their daily lives. It’s disheartening to see a business prioritize excessive profit over fairness, especially when so many are already struggling with rising costs. This station’s prices are not just expensive—they’re exploitative, making it one of the most overpriced options in the area. I urge the management to reconsider their pricing strategy and show some respect for the loyal customers who support their business.

I drive out of my way for this gas station. The pumps are always working, management is friendly and responsive and it’s always clean/well kept.

Came with coupon for cigs woman named Fatima was extremely prejudice against me I feel as though it was based off of my skin being white . I would recommend if you see this and are supportive of white culture avoid this business . She ran me around the bush over a one dollar coupon . I can afford to pay it but her whole demeanor was just ignorant . Nasty energy here won't be using them again

Very poor customer service! Clerk is not friendly and seemed extremely annoyed when asked a question about expired goods he was trying to sell. Poor attitudes get you know in business…..please check all merchandise before leaving the store. ??

They banned me and called the police because they did not want to honor a Newport cigarettes coupon. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. If that’s what they’re willing to do to save a dollar I don’t want to know what else they’re doing to save money.

Cashier denied my mobile coupon issued by the manufacturer themselves. It was for tobacco, the manufacturer listed this exact location ON THEIR WEBSITE as one that will take their coupons meaning they signed a contract with that manufacturer. I know how tobacco coupons work, I used to manage a 7/11. Funny part is they opted in for coupons, yet deny them! It’s a mobile coupon so now I’m out of a coupon because they only last 5 minutes.

I came in at the end of my work day at 4:58 PM, and I was greeted very nicely and attentively. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Will definitely be coming back when my car needs some love. Thank you guys!!!
