I had an exceptional experience at this store! The builder had given me a quote on a color so that I could touch up the trim around my front door. But they gave me the wrong color number and what I ordered was way off. The staff at this store were very kind and helpful. They took the paint that I had purchased and using a couple of chipped paint pieces from my porch, was able to adjust it to the correct color. The match is so perfect that I can't tell where my touch up begins.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to use the restroom at this store, and it was disgusting. There was p*** on the toilet and unknown sticky substances on the floor. When I mentioned that they might want to clean the bathroom, especially for female customers, I got some attitude. And, when they wheeled my 5 gallon bucket to my car, the guy turned on his heel and walked away. He didn’t even put it in my car like they always do. I’m a small person and it was difficult to lift but I guess he was trying to prove a point??? Not coming here again because of the customer service.

I was in that place today, my brother tried to buy a painting and the Latino guy who works there was selling it to him for $185.00 when at another Sherwin-Williams what my brother ordered was $45.00.

Had a great experience, particularly because Vlad was incredibly helpful. Helped me find what I need, even offering discounts I didn’t know about, and how to get the most bang for my buck. I really appreciated his assistance and even carried the box of paints to my car without me asking. Highly recommend!

They'll give you the wrong paint color and lie to your face. I was trying to match a paint color used by one of our local builders for a drywall repair. Dude working the counter intentionally gave me the wrong paint color. He gave me generic clay kiln beige despite me presenting him with the label for the actual color.
