23 years ago I brought my first car to Sparks for a cracked power steering pump. It broke as Chris was vacuuming out the fluid. He told me what happened, fixed it for free and only charged me for the fluid. I've been a customer ever since. When my car gets fixed at Sparks, it stays fixed!
