Used the printing services online and placed an order for pickup. Service was great and I believe it was Mikala that did the quality check for my important documents. Great service and will be back for other wedding things.

I’ve been collecting paper maps from all my travels for the better part of a decade. (Think the trail maps you might get at the ranger station of a National Park)I hang them up on my wall like wallpaper, and despite having to move so much, they make any place I am feel like home. Repeatedly taping them to the wall was causing them to rip, however, and many were becoming faded. I was worried I would lose some of them to time, so I brought my maps, all 30+ of them, in to Staples in the hopes of getting them laminated. The kind woman at the printing desk had the patience of a Saint to individually measure and price each of my 30+ maps (all different sizes and degrees of wear and tear). She was great company in the ~1 hour this took. She warned me some might not be totally flat as many were wrinkled and torn, but the finished product came out better than I imagined.I did not catch her name unfortunately, but she had pink glasses, and made my day. They may just be free tourist maps, but they’re treasures to me, so thanks for treating each one with so much care! My wall looks great :)

I came in just about 15 minutes before they closed, because I needed color printing. The printer did not print the scales on my PowerPoint correctly. Mikala was so friendly, even though they were near closing time. She didn’t rush me and didn’t make me feel like I was bother her at all. She was extremely friendly and willing to help me ensure my documents were printed correctly. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, so I appreciate the great service that Mikala gave during my last minute print run, and helping me get it fixed.

My main reason for this 10/10 score is the printing associate by the name of Osagie!!!!!! I cannot thank him enough. With that, thank you Staples for hiring such a pleasant and professional young man. I went into staples last week as I prepared for the memorial service of my father. I was greeted by a very busy Osagie, because he was there by himself. However, I didn’t feel like I was a number. He was so attentive, professional, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and I mean the list goes on. It was a very hard time for me. & I had a LOT of questions. He answered each and every one of them with ease. He helped me with my ordered. Communicated with me when there was a laminator issue. But assured that my order would be done. 2 days later I finally had the obituary ready (the day before the services) and again, Osagie took care of me. During this time he was really a nice touch of comfort to have. Customer service (good) is hard to come by these days. Osagie went above and beyond to make sure my printing needs were met. & I’m grateful to have experienced his compassion and professionalism. I mean I even got a personalized condolences card when I picked up my order. You just don’t see that anymore. & I thank you! Osagie, thank you for everything last week. You really helped me in a time of need. More then your job required. So, my family thanks you!!! Way to go Staples! He’s definitely the person you want on the front line of that department. Thank you again!

They only have one print person apparently and there’s no way they could’ve helped all 13 of us so I left. It would’ve been 15+ minutes before I would’ve been helped. Where is the manager to help when it gets busy like this? I feel bad for the guy because he looked very stressed out….

Staples has business essentials, printers, ink, computers, office furniture, printing services, promotional products, and more. Work-life made simple. It was so busy there on 2/19/23, there were about 30 people in the store, I guess this was purchase office supplies day and most people were going to be off on Monday for President's day. It took me 30 minutes to get someone to pull a printer from the back. However, it's my go-to place, normally it has more support but today was awful. Big shout out to Brianna for your patience and time in helping me out.

I was in the staples around 8:10 pm . The guy who works in the printing & marketing service side . I asked him something n he replied saying wait for 20 minutes to show something on computer, very rude person n showing attitude. Please put him in the back room….! apologized to say that.

It has taken over 4 months for my TSA pre check and still have no information. I escalate every week and the status system stopped updating a month ago. The local precheck office at this staples will not take my call.

Terrible service on the morning of October 30, 2022. Rude customer service specifically from the girl in print and marketing services. Not the one that was there before they open but the one that arrived at 10 and opened the doors. After she told us she couldn't help in the print area due to orders already in progress, she laughed and was rude to us after we asked if we could put additional services to expedite this request. Nasty comments from here when she is suppose to be customer service. I do not recommend anyone come to this staples after having service like hers. Rude and impatient, and helpless. We took our services elsewhere and thank god we did because the customer service was 100% better.

It's sad to watch the decline of a local business. I know there are issues with finding staff, but this is the 2nd time I've left without buying a piece of electronics that I needed because of lack of help. Yes, warm bodies, but no real service. Sure if you need to pick out a calendar or a notebook it's fine, even though the selection is not great, but for anything more substantial look elsewhere. A few months back a found a printer I was looking for but went somewhere else because the service was abysmal. Ditto this week for a phone related piece of electronics. There are no sales people on the floor, there were 2-3 at the front dealing with helping people make copies. Teens but no adults. Odd that they have no interest in selling anything but copies (the machines are self-service anyway) -- what is the point of carrying furniture, electronics, and everything else? A girl couldn't be bothered to tell me where the item I needed was located. Something about "up that isle" I had already been up and down, while pointing to the other end of the store. It is a huge store, and I am used to taking 15m - 1/2hr scouring for what I need nowadays, but it so happens I didn't have another 1/2 hour to burn yesterday, and was annoyed by the dismissive curtness of the sales girl who was obviously aggravated to answer a question and didn't turn to even face me.Went to Best Buy. While Best Buy is known for it's spotty sales help, it is like a Nirvana for shoppers compared to Staples. They may not know everything, but at least they try.I blame Staples management and not the one employee who seemed nice but couldn't leave the register. Obviously a low desirability and high turnover position with little or no management support.

Tried to call for a printing quote. No one could give me straight answer as to how much it costs to pint a self service page in color. The employee I spoke with said the print department was backed up and no one had the time to talk to me. Yep. That about says it all... AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I mean why bother to be in business folks? Self serve machines are crappy and don't copy card stock. The so-called paper cutter is tantamount to a toy ( for a 10-year old). I asked for two copies and was told I'd have to go on their waiting list (come back much later to pick up? Just close up shop - find another line of work. Just let FedEx do it right and quickly.

Got my TSA pre-check done here recently. Made an appointment online. Brought in my passport and paid $85 via credit card! Did some finger prints, got my pic taken and was in and out. A few days later I received an email confirmation that my application was accepted! Woot!! I had some things to pickup. The employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful!
