Joseph was quick and efficient! All black spots were removed from my crate and barrel white sofa. I was so annoyed with the spots I tried to cover it with a blanket. The black marks were from a recent move and it also had a few shoe marks from the outlet store where children walked on the couch . It now looks amazing! We were told 12-2 nobody showed. We called and we were told he was running late. Nobody bothered to inform us. We called at 3:00 and they said they would call tech. By 3:30 heard nothing so called and canceled. They were very apologetic and called back and said he would be here closer to 5:00. We said no just cancel. How can ur estimate of time off by 5 hours!!!!

I had been looking for a high-quality upholstery cleaning service. After doing some research, I found these guys and they surprised me with great results! The cost for service was affordable, and the technician was friendly and hard working. My couch looks brand new again!

Great technician; poor quote process. They quoted $89 for the hot water extraction but wouldn't/ couldn't even give me a ball park figure for the pet spot amd odor removal. It puts the technician in a bad position to end up having to provide a much higher figure. There should be a better way to estimate costs. The rigs look great. Just triple the quote they give you if you have pet stains.Service: General carpet cleaning
