Stay away from this Bank. I opened a checking account over phone and they offered me a 0% credit card for 12 months, I accepted the offer and used the credit card on my business expense. I linked up the payment to my Truist checking account and set up automatic payment but for some reason it did not process the automatic payment and it appeared as missing first payment. From next month they started charging 29.99 % interest rate as finance charges and pulled two minimum payments from my checking account and blocked the credit card from being able to be used. I have 5k on balance now and must pay from other sources as I do not have enough online sales to make early pay off of credit card. When I called them they told it's because if somebody misses a single payment, 0% offer will be revoked and regular APR is applied. They told it's written somewhere in the disclosure agreement, Years ago I had missed payment but never penalized with regular APR during promo period. Money hungry bank, they rip off customers somehow.

Truist is a horrible bank. This locations Branch Leader; Funmi Williams was extremely unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. The associate banker, Daniel was also as unhelpful as well.

Because of some of the negative noted reviews here I thought I should post a review based upon my recent experience with the branch located off Little Patuxent Pkwy. I found the staff to be prompt, courteous, and quite friendly. All aspects of the transaction went as one would hope. I look forward to stopping by again.

SunTrust, first Crestar, WAS a good bank.It's useless now that's Truist.Drive up doesn't work most of the time and you can take money out but if BBT bank you can't deposit.

I've always received friendly service from this branch over many years. We have personal and business banking with this branch. Ansa and the whole team are very courteous and customer service focused. They have also gone out of their way to assist when needed/asked of by me/our organization. Compared to other SunTrust and banks in general it seems this place has it right.

Went to this branch to open a CD. They withdrew the money from my checking account instead of the money market account and caused an large overdraft. I am complaining about their incompetence and intend to get the overdraft penalty fee refunded. The workers in this branch need to be re-trained as they fail at basic banking procedure.

It has a convenient drive through and is located I close proximity to other useful things like the grocery store and a gas station. Easy to stop by the bank quickly while running other errands. Works well in terms of the automated features.

The people that work there are rude and mean and also don't want hear nothing from the customer it's either there way or the high way. Love SunTrust but I will never go back to this branch ever again. I HATE THEM ALL in that location. Also they are racist. I wish their was an option for 0 stars because that's what the deserve. If they delete my review I'll keep writing till it sticks!!!!!!

This insitution sucks their call center sucks. Took almost an hr to reach a human being to report a stolen card. I personally walked into a branch where I vacationing at and told the teller that i need to freeze the account my card was stole .. the d*** hill billy told me i should tell someone. Finally froze the account and shut it down
