If i could leave a zero star I will....I'm literally leaving target, I went to customer service to pick up my order and the person in the register a young black lady had a very rude attitude with me i was very nice to her if she has a bad day she shouldn'tbe working. I imagine she gets paid to provide good customer service. I asked her if he could give me a bag and she replied that he didn't have a bag. When there were bags in the store. I was very kind to her, but seeing her attitud make me very upset. Poor customer service.

I found the perfect themed birthday card for a 13-year old. I was so pleased. And I picked up a couple of needed household items, too!

1 cashier open and zero self checkouts open at 9am.

There are no employees here running anything. 1 cashier with about 20 customers in line. Fitting room line is about 10 people long. Management is completing failing this store and brand.

Are you aware that target limits the amount of Pepcid you can buy ? Apparently there’s never a need for more than 4 bottles . I wanted them for my guest rooms . In addition on my pick up order they charged me for items that were not in my bag . But , never notified me of lack of stock or that order could not be fullfilled . The return and exchange young girl was wonderful .

There are 12 self checkout stations but there are never more than 4 open. Yet there are also never more than 2-3 manned registers open. Annoying that running in to grab two quick items resulted in 5-10 minutes of standing in line to pay.
UPDATE - No manned registers open, only 4 of 13 self checkouts open, line for self checkout all the way to the grocery aisles.

OMGGG…mid-day and only 3 registers open, self checkout line looked like people were so disgusted. After waiting in line 5 minutes the cashier said she was closed! SERIOUSLY!!! Left items and the store…get it together management!

Been going here for years. WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE SELF CHECKOUT POLICY? Why 10 items or less!! I got so good at a speedy self checkout! Now I have to get checked out by angsty teenagers that are slower than frozen molasses!
Also where are the gym shorts? Why carry 345 pairs of farming overalls and no gym shorts? This store has gone to hell.

This Target fell off HARD. Only 2 registers open and 4 self checkouts. There’s literally 17 people in line for self checkout as I type. Shelves just empty. It’s actually crazy.

Horrible place to shop most times. Tags are incorrect and merchandise isn't where it should be. Always something with this location.

There is no way to speak to a person at this location. The best you can do if you fight with their phone program for 5 minutes is you get to leave a voicemail and somebody might call you back in an hour. I work all day. I can't afford to wait for a phone call that I might miss while I'm working and could be vitally important to my prescriptions. That makes this location less than worthless for anything beyond some aspirin
