We were put pressure by an associate To apply for the TJ Maxx card. We were under intense, harassment and pressure, by a sales associate, attempting to force us to apply for credit card in order to check out. We informed them that we did not think we would qualify and we did not want to waste time unless we would get some kind of discount, even if it did not go through. Despite it not going through, the associate not only wasted our time, but failed to provide any kind of discount to compensate us for our time. It seems like they are trying to incentivize our sales associates to get people on credit cards to make some kind of bonus at the expense our time.

Only try TJ for the second time, pretty nice store. Grab a couple things for our new granddaughter. Only downfall was 5 registers open but only 2 cashiers taking customers with a long line.

I was pleasantly surprised at the organization & cleanliness of this location. Like many, this location has amazing prices, all the quantity of items - and the quality was pretty impressive. Specifically, I looked for something "Hello Kitty" for my niece for her b-day & they had a plethora of options to choose from. Toys, clothing & accessories...

I came in today to purchase some toothpaste, I was leaving out because the line was so long the security guard told me to go to the jewelry counter since I had one item with no sensor on it when I first got to the counter the older lady by the name of Mary Lou didn’t acknowledge me at all , I greeted her and in a smart way said I’m with someone. i continue to wait for 10 more minutes at that point I left the store. I am a Muslim women that wears veils her face from the moment I came to the counter she was being prejudice against me based on my appearance. And now I left the store upset with no item purchased and getting rude customer service. She needs to revisit her training on what the customer service is

Made the mistake of coming here on a weekend. They had some decent prices for several things but the lines were long as there were not enough check-out clerks. While the prices were decent, they were definitely not worth the wait at the check-out line. The prices of their food items were not that great, surprisingly. Not sure what's going on with that...

Great selection, however having 30+ people waiting to check out and over a 45 min. wait is not reasonable. 3 cashiers checking people out that move so slow and have no care in the world for the people waiting is ridiculous. Don't shop here during peak times.

This is a popular discount store that lives up to it's name. I was looking for a small travel carry on bag and I found one quickly and very reasonable priced! But of course I couldn't resist the other discounted items I just happened to run across ?. Like jewelry and beauty products. Check out was quick and the cashier was friendly and very helpful. Love this store!

One of the best TJ MAX in the area. Today, Sunday Aug 13 o couldn’t say the same. The line was all the way to the back of the store. We left our basket and left the store. ?

Prices are good, but same old products on racks since last 2 years. Chinese local brands clothing is increasing with high price. And renowned brand’s products are missing for last 2 years. They need to improve.

The lines here can be 50 people long on the weekends and it's super hard to justify standing in it for longer than you spent looking through the racks.Style wise, some cute stuff sometimes but a lot of polyester. Lots of parking.They have a great home goods selection with pies and pans and stuff.

This TJMAXX in Columbia has a great purse/handbag selection, & housewares. The furniture is usually lacking though. Easy to find what your looking for especially in the bath & beauty section. Good selection of Women's shoes as well. Usually fast check out. Plenty of parking & in a prime location!
