“This is my second time getting my car serviced here and AJ has been exceptional. My wheel well had grease all around it and AJ quickly identified the problem quoted me a great price. He said he would pressure wash the wheel and any remaining grease in that area I have included before and after pics. The issue was the cv boot was leaking and so he replaced the cv axle. He also tighted up the undercarriage shield that had been partially torn. I highly recommend taking your car there.”
“I ran up on a curb while driving my son’s Ford Focus and needed it repaired ASAP. The damage was to the right front passenger side near the wheel. Maryland Collision was highly recommended by Koon Ford. Elijah came over to Koon to examine the car and provided an estimate. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave me a very fair estimate and was able to “squeeze me in” at the last minute which was really something I needed. I was very impressed with the quality of the work as well as the other members of the team there. Superb job! I’d recommend them anytime.”

“These guys are great! I had a situation with a large 5th wheel RV that got stuck falling off the edge of my driveway. He showed up right on time and kept his cool through a sketchy, nerve racking situation. He said right from the beginning that he'd never dealt with anything quite like this, but was willing to try. Within two hours the RV was safely in the driveway. He managed to pull this off without a single scratch on my trailer. I couldn't recommend them more!”
“Professional and friendly! My kid's nanny totaled my car and it sat in impound for a week before I could find it. I got a fair deal for the salvage and they came and picked up the car at the impound lot. I hope my next car doesn't get totaled, but if it does, I know who to call to salvage it!”

“Lenny’s towed my car after an accident, kept it safe, and everything was still in my car when it arrived at my collision center. They allowed my insurance to pick up my car after I called and gave them my permission to release my car. The woman I spoke with was very kind as well. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews but I think it also comes down to how you speak to them. If you’re worried about any kind of theft, check your car before it gets towed. I even had money in my car, a $20 bill and a handful of random change just sitting in the cup holders and everything was still there.

“I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I had a great experience with Automotive Support. I was in an auto accident Friday evening and the police had Automotive Support tow my car. Saturday morning I wasn’t ready to tow my car but needed to get my car seat for my child out. I called around 9am,10am. John answered and informed me that they didn’t open until 12 but to call back in 5 mins to see if he could get someone up there so that I could gather my belongings.
I called back in 5 mins and he had somebody at the lot by time I got off the phone with him. They also had me fill out paperwork so that my car wouldn’t be move off the lot within the next 5 days. Also gave me an additional form to fax to them when the insurance was ready to pick the car up so that I wouldn’t have to make an additional trip back to the lot.
I ended up getting the car towed myself on Wednesday. I called and they gave me the price that needed to be paid. When the tow truck arrived to Automotive Support they processed my car out with no problems. In fact Automotive Support was one of the stress free experiences I’ve had since getting into my auto accident Friday.
Thank you for easing some of my chaos this week. I recommend!
