This experience was unacceptable. There were no customers there on a Saturday morning and a postal worker in a hijab decided to criticize me instead of help me at the self-service kiosk. She said sir you are going to be here all day. Fortunately, there was a nice postal worker who explained my situation of sending the package through a middle man and she helped me. You work with the public and are awful even when it isn’t even busy. Smh.

Very rude and unprofessional people there. If it's not 1 it's another person. First there was no one at the counter and I waited 10 mins before being attended. A huge line formed and we kept on being moved from one counter to another. Finally when it's my turn the lady there doesn't ask me any questions and gives me the total to mail out and I reply Im sorry I need priority mail and she responds well you didn't say so from the beginning. Is this how customers are treated now really!
Many people said they would write a bad review today and one of the people there said not to bother since nothing will be done.

Bad costumer services the workers on that place are not nice don’t go there one of the lady didn’t tell that I was supposed to get a bag for my returning label till I have everything tape and package in plastic bags she made me undo everything I got mad and after I fix all my packages they didn’t want to assist me poor quality services

I walked into the post office here at Dobbin and I was met with three lovely ladies and it was Toni K and Shawnee. Oh my goodness I didn’t know where to go and they said well. Come on up here we’ll help you out and I said oh well thank you because I didn’t know where to go and it’s just been laughing and Service the whole time. I’m in here and I’ve been in here about maybe about three minutes now and he scanned my work get me through And so when I have to go back to the post office I’m gonna choose Columbia post office. My name is Deanna.

No help. The worse. They could not care either. I dread having to do anything with postal service. Wish my things could be delivered as they are suppose to in the first place. Hate it

I came in and couldn’t find the service I was looking for. So I asked one of the workers where it was, they responded very rudely that it’s open between 8-3 and was very degrading to me as like I was stupid, even though I looked online and it said the type of service I need is open 8-6 but apparently they decide to close that service earlier. Overall the workers were very rude.

I'm very easygoing, but the woman working here today was so insufferable and rude that I ended up taking my package back. I'll ship it somewhere they don't sass customers right to their faces. She needs to go back to kindergarten and learn some basic manners.

Thank you for:
1- Horrible customer service
2- Not know how to do your job
3- Lost my package
After one week from dropping my package here
And receiving a horrible disrespectful treatment
They didn’t scan my package
And it showed lost since then!
Whoever managing that place, should resign immediately or change the whole crew !!!
Many things are going wrong here
And that needs to change
