This post office is a hidden gem. Like a small town post office in middle America. And the woman working the counter was great at her job. So different from the post office just a few miles away on Oak Hall Lane.

Kobi is wonderful, he took the time to help us ready our paperwork and was even able to fit my husband in! This office has one of the nicest staffs I've met in a post office!

Wow the attitude this women and man had at this post office was crazy. There’s a proper etiquette when communicating with a customer and she just did not know how to do that which just aggravated everyone involved. It was literally a 15 min process. Her explanation was lacking. She genuinely didn’t care and just wanted to be done and out. Customer service doesn’t exist now a days.

Honestly THE MOST Helpful, honest, caring person works here. Over the 2024 Christmas Holiday, while a the Post Master needed to be away, Mr. Kobi held down the fort Every Single Day with Dignity and Respect for his customers! Even with daily long lines, he treated Every Single Person like Family!
The Post Master is back these days and she is a brilliant Woman who possesses a vast amount of knowledge with a memory recall fast as lightning!
I am honored that this tiny Post Office was mine as I transitioned from the West Coast, to the East Coast. It was not an easy move. There were some major issues but this team, especially the gentleman at the counter over Christmas, made me feel cared for and not lost. He made me feel like family, and this was indeed my new home. I am forever grateful

I've generally had decent experiences with this location, even with the worker at the counter being short, temperamentally, but today's experience was not positive. I arrived shortly before closing, but with enough time to conduct my business. The man at the counter, Kobi/Kodi, spent a portion of that valuable time explaining that he wouldn't be able to finish before close, before finally directing me to the form I needed. With moments to spare, he helped a handful of other customers (one who came in after me, even after I was clearly finished filling out the required form) before telling me that he'd be closing, and then snickered when I told him that I wasn't satisfied with the way I'd been treated. It's especially frustrating because I've spent most of my working life in retail service positions; this isn't how I'd treat any of my customers.
He at least weighed my package before sending me to another location 20 minutes out of the way. /They/ had my package ready to go in 5.

Went to drop off a package today with a prepaid label (from Poshmark). The clerk said that because he couldn't see any USPS stamp on the envelope that I had to pay for the envelope. I simply reused the original XL envelope that the seller sent the item. Clearly the packaging showed signs of being opened and taped back up. The clerk stated that people could have taken packaging material from another post office, so without a stamp on it, that means it wasn't paid for. So the clerk either 1) is implying I stole the envelope from another PO, or 2) he's double charging customers for the same item (once for the original sender and once for me re-using the same envelope). Either way, it's wrong! There are other possible scenarios too - what if the original post office didn't stamp the envelope, what if the original stamp got rubbed off or covered with the new shipping label, what if the person bought it to bring home instead using it right away, etc. If every post office across US is not following the same process, then they shouldn't be randomly making up things and trying to enforce it. There are just too many legitimate reasons why a USPS envelope might not have a stamp on it. So don't assume something unless you can prove it. So this location would rather accuse customers of stealing or double charging them without any proof. I could have easily dropped off the package in the mailbox since it's prepaid. This clerk was just not reasonable at all. It's not about the money, although it's ridiculous that I was charged $3-4 for a torn envelope that was obvious used already, it's the principle that made me write this review. It's accusations and the lack of customer service and any kind of analytical thinking. Fix your processes and train your employees. And if everyone (all USPS) is not following the same standard process, then don't accuse customers and charge them for something you don't know for sure! Definitely not coming back here.

This is the BEST post office!!! There are many other post offices near me. I purposely went there (15 minutes drive) because of the past pleasant experiences. This office is tiny but is run very efficiently. I was at the end of a long line waiting to mail my Christmas packages, the line moved so fast with two workers behind the counter and it was amazing! The employees are so friendly and helpful, and the supplies are fully stocked. Kobi is AWESOME!!! He is so cheerful and does not show any stress with high volume of traffic. Kudos to all postal workers especially during the holiday season!

It's the best postal office I've ever been to. The people there are really nice, have good energy and take care of you with a smile. I'd rather drive a few extra minutes to come here instead of other ones
