Worst customer service I've ever had. If I could give a 0, I would. They lie to get you as a customer & then tell you they don't do what they told you they would. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to there for any reason.

I received a voicemail message telling me if I didn’t call back to confirm my appointment by a specific time that day my appointment would be canceled and I’d have to reschedule I’ve never experienced that before with any appointment-based business. What if I had been unable to call back that day? I run an appointment-based business myself and would never do that to my customers. When I called to confirm and give feedback about the voicemail message, the phone agent was snippy and rude, and hung up on me. I then called back to speak with the manager, who was also rude and hung up on me. It’s part of a manager’s job is to deal with negative feedback from customers and remain professional. Needless to say, I didn’t keep my appointment and won’t ever use this business.

Had the please of stopping in to get Eye Exam for some contacts and glasses and everybody in this place was awesome from the time I walked in to be greeted to the doctor (who was really nice) and helpful shanny was great and Brian was knowledgeable and help GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I have been coming here for several years and always have seen Dr. Ma who is excellent , personable, and caring. During this visit , the initial interaction with the staff was notably welcoming and professional, setting a positive tone for the rest of my exam. Charmagne (the store manager) was very caring and professional. I had a virtual exam( first time) and was expecting Dr. Ma for the vitual exam, however Dr. Noblezada was the doctor. He was very unprofessional, impatient, his tone was very rude and rushed. His attitude was awful, I felt like he was talking to a dog, and he didn't care. I felt he was also sexist towards woman. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity to improve the behavior and attitude possibly additional training in human interaction and customer service.

I have been a client of Visionworks for multiple years now and this last experience shows the reason why I always return when it's time for eye examination and to upgrade glasses. The associates and the doctors have always been professional and courteous and quite pleasing to me as a customer making sure that all my needs were met and that I walked out satisfied if not greater with my decisions in the store.

Horrible place, I made an appointment and reached before my appointment and waited 45 minutes. Left due to another appointment. Made another appointment December 14, reached 5 before my appointment time. Waiting for 35 minutes and still not seen. Never coming back to this place. They do not care about other’s time.

Stay away. Absolutely the worst people to deal with. We waited over a month for my som to have his contact class. Apparently, this is their policy before they issue out the contacts. Finally, we went to the class only to be told we needed to attend another class and would need to schedule over the phone. Stay away!

Easy to schedule eye exam, accept all insurances and the exam was done very professionally and caring. They had the right equipment even to capture retina image, needed in my case. The technician was very good and the optometrists was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of reviewing my case and preparing new prescriptions. Excellent experience and very timely.

Been customers at Visionworks for over 10 years. Charmayen provided the best service we’ve ever had. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. She even helped us with insurance paperwork. Thanks for a wonderful experience from start to finish.
