As much as you can expect from a neighborhood pharmacy. Staff is friendly, helpful, courteous. Went to CVS because it was part of Caremark, insurance reasons and promptly ran back to Walgreens!

The person at the counter read my pills out loud. There was no professionalism there. I'm going to try to remove my information from the system and just not go back, ever. Who knew a pharmacy could be bad enough to make me want to write a review. If you're reading this please go somewhere else.

If it is possible to give zero stars I would do so…the most disrespectful pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Dismissive, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. Each member of the pharmacy needs remediation in dealing with the public in a de-escalating manner. No accountability, no people skills, ill-mannered and just plain rude. There is a reason they are rated so poorly on google. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy that will treat you like a human…despite attempts to reach their heart on how rude and disrespectful they were, they made excuses for their actions. Where there is no accountability there can be no change. I highly doubt they ever truly cared. Sad to see and worse to be on the receiving end… but not surprised. No wonder Walgreens has the troubles they have. I can no longer support this establishment and do not feel safe having medications filled at this location. It’s Columbia and there are other options thankfully. No one should have to subject themselves to this type of treatment ever…especially when simply trying to receive medical necessities.

Would give zero stars if possible. Most unprofessional pharmacy ever. Failed to order my son’s prescription for 3 weeks. Happened before and every time I tried to transfer they said it would take longer to fill. I got in a heated exchange with the pharmacist and he cursed me out, yet refused to fill my prescription when I said the same words to him. Fragile snowflakes on a power trip who think they can play with special needs children’s prescriptions unless you kiss their ring.

I wish I could give zero. Had me in limbo for several days for a prescription. Ultimately ended up telling me when it did get in stock it couldn't fill it because my doctor is over 50 miles away. Fine, but don't tell me you can fill it for four days before that. A joke.

The slowest service ever. Totally understaffed. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. And don't try to call when they don't return your health care card. 45 minutes on hold.

The head female pharmacist at the Twin Knolls location is the main reason I only gave this pharmacy 2 stars. I had a few questions about my prescription and she was nothing short of disrespectful, condescending, and extremely impatient. I realize that the pharmacy can be busy during certain hours and she may be stressed because of that, but that should not be a reason to belittle a customer who had valid questions about a prescription. I never take time to mention anything that isn’t positive in a review, but in this case I believe it is necessary. Perhaps she could consider anger management classes or attend a training on customer service.

Went for a covid test after applying online giving all my information. They couldn’t find my information \u0026 called me by the wrong name. Took almost 20 minutes to put info back in computer, but didn’t even ask for my ID or ins card. She wasn’t sure how to have me take the test. Swabbed 15 times in both nostrils. Dropped the swab \u0026 she said it was ok. Had to wait 3 days \u0026 came back positive. I didn’t trust the test so went elsewhere for PCR test \u0026 it was negative. Took 3 home test \u0026 all three were negative. She almost caused me to have to schedule my upcoming surgery. I’ll NEVER trust Walgreens again.

The store associate could not help with Passport photos. Had two people working the register, but wouldn't help out.
