If I was allowed to give it 0 starts I would. Not only are the pharmacy employees always clueless....Prescriptions are never ready when they're supposed to be. On numerous occasions, the doctor sends prescription, I wait a couple days. Go to pick it up and it's not ready. I figured I'd start calling before picking it up. Told it'd be ready on a specific day or time, I'll pick it up a day after just to give them some extra time and it's still not ready. I switched to Walmart. No problems. Prescriptions are always ready. I also don't have to call to ask them to fill my prescription after my doctor sends it.

Mona put me on hold 4 times then when she picked up she asked me how she could help I told her my prescription has said delayed for 2 weeks, very politely and was mid sentence when she sighed and hung up. It wasn’t an accident either I heard her put it down on the receiver. I called 1 other time last week and they said they would have it fixed, I’ve been polite both times… I Won’t be going back and recommend everyone else not to either.

Some of the pharmacy staff are in the wrong business. Medication is usually issued to persons with specific medical conditions. Knowing customer’s potentially could be managing various illness including terminal illnesses requires a bit of compassion and empathy. I found both lacking from the tall sandy blonde balding male pharmacy tech with a thin mustache. You know better, please do better!!!!

The staff is rude, especially the pharmacy. Don't ask questions, they may get annoyed. I would suggest going elsewhere.

It is a pharmacy with a lot of experience, over time they have developed the economic process to help people with many coupons and raffles one accumulates points, although I never use them, I have always taken the coupons that they always give me when I buy products on sale, I would like there to be people who understand the Latino community, so I could know if consultations can be made there, many suffer from pain and we do not know if a doctor attends, thank you for listening to me,

Update: Not only are they the worst when it comes to service, they can't even fill a prescription correctly. The rx called for 3 boxes, they only provided 1 box. When I find out & called them about it, they say nope, they don't make mistakes. I have to get a new rx and pay for it again! Incredible! Never, never again.
Original review: Couldn't agree more with the recent reviews about the pharmacy. My relative works as a pharmacist for a nearby Walgreens so I understand corporate doesn't care & the pharmacy is understaffed. However, I'ver never seen or heard her or her staff talk to people like the staff at this location. There is no justification for the way they handle calls (they don't understand why someone would have a "tone" after you've been put on hold for 25 min. and having been told that they're looking into it when in fact no one was looking into it). Then the tech has the nerve to go on a rant about work conditions (understaffing) & then hangs up on you.

Very rude and very unprofessional staff every time I come to do the pick up always delays I hate to come here for my medicine always something they always pretending busy when it’s no one in the window or in side somebody need to do something I feel like they will pay my medicine for me i am very very disappointed I want to change this place I hate it I will give them 00000/100 they don’t deserve even a start the bad staff I ever saw in my life they don’t care about the health of the costumers I don’t know why I still coming to this
Miserable pharmacy. Someone have to do some changes because it’s very shame how does staff treat us

This has been my full service drugstore for the past 5 years. I get prescriptions and vaccinations etc. Not usually too crowded there and there is plenty of parking.

The pharmacist Sarah A. Is unprofessional and very rude! She obviously is in the job for the money and NOT patient care. To know that she is the manager of the pharmacy says a lot about what this location standards are as far as hiring and top notch patient interactions. Her attitude needs to be addressed and adjusted ASAP! Customers coming to pharmacies are ill or possibly caring for someone that is. So the interaction should express that. FIX IT!

If it is possible to give zero stars I would do so…the most disrespectful pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Dismissive, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. Each member of the pharmacy needs remediation in dealing with the public in a de-escalating manner. No accountability, no people skills, ill-mannered and just plain rude. There is a reason they are rated so poorly on google. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy that will treat you like a human…despite attempts to reach their heart on how rude and disrespectful they were, they made excuses for their actions. Where there is no accountability there can be no change. I highly doubt they ever truly cared. Sad to see and worse to be on the receiving end… but not surprised. No wonder Walgreens has the troubles they have. I can no longer support this establishment and do not feel safe having medications filled at this location. It’s Columbia and there are other options thankfully. No one should have to subject themselves to this type of treatment ever…especially when simply trying to receive medical necessities.

The store its self is fine but the pharmacy is sooooo garbage. I called and was placed on hold which is fine but, someone kept answering just to tell me to hold over and over and over again. Why in the ever-loving **** would you answer the phone just to tell me to hold. They did this about 5 times. Might as well just let it keep ringing if you’re not ready to help me. If you need your medications in a timely manner, don’t get them here.
