“I've been dealing with Edward Arthur for most of my life when they were franchised and wide spread throughout central Maryland. It's always been awesome working with them for jewelry and gemstones. Jerry, Maddy, Bill, and everyone else is knowledgeable in their work, and aren't always trying to upsell you to the next thing and break your budget. I have always appreciated them for that, even when I was a kid and my mom and dad were buying from them.The prices are always great, and their custom jewelry designer/creator, Kyle is one of a kind. Definitely cut from the same cloth as the previous goldsmith and moving the customization game forward in time.”
“Just took my mother to have her watch band fixed. They were a quiet sort, but to the point and had watch fixed in 20 min. Turns out the band was a little tight...so after trying on he told us to come back in 15 min and he would add another link. Done and happy!!I was hesitant after reading a fee reviews but happy with our visit.”

“I shop local as much as I can pretty much regardless of price, and it’s reasons like what happened today that are why. I ordered online and sent my daughter over to grab it since she lives out that way and was going to visit me in Annapolis. It was only a few hours after ordering and it wasn’t ready, but they went of their way to sort it out so she walked out with the order and didn’t have to make another trip out just for this order.
