The new manager is one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Her demeanor and tone of voice are very unprofessional. There is only one person in the whole place I like and she only delivers our packages on the weekends. Keep her and get rid of the rest of them. That is how to fix this USPS location.

I just adore our new mail lady, Tabitha. She's efficient, honest, professional, timely, down to earth and absolutely the most thoughtful person! Her hard work and dedication is admirable!

I’m so livid I just had my driveway paved at my house and the mail lady pulled in and did a semi turn and she turned the wheel without being in motion leaving tire turn marks on my new driveway. Also she didn’t leave package at my front door. I located the package and it’s waiting for pickup at the post office. What I ordered was for my honeymoon and now I’m leaving on Sunday and can’t get my package before we leave. It’s so frustrating when they drive to your property and not leave the package that was supposed to be there in time. Plus she drives really fast and dangerous sometimes seen on Rowlandsville RD.

I have been having a problem with the Conowingo post office for over two years now and still, it's unresolved and no one seems to want to change it. My mail carrier WILL NOT get out to deliver packages to my home. She states it's because of my dogs... I currently have two dogs that are in the house and can't possibly get to her.Sometimes she backs down the driveway and NEVER gets out. This morning, I went to pick up two packages from yesterday that she did not attempt to deliver; then this afternoon she delivers mail to my mailbox with a slip that says there are two more which she didn't deliver. I go catch up with her down the street to get my packages and she didn't even have them on the truck. She again tells me I have a dog problem and that's why she doesn't deliver my packages. I would buy that excuse if the dogs were outside. She is rude, and tells me she knows who I am and so does her mother (whom i used to work with at another post office) and I say her mother is a very nice lady, she tells me that's funny cause "my mom doesn't feel the same about you" like, really lady. DO YOUR JOB... WHEN IN GO INTO THE POST IFFICE TO COMPLAIN, it clearly falls on deaf ears. So don't expect much from them. I hear the same thing all the time..."I'll talk her" over two years and nothings changed. What do I have to do to get my mail delivered?

There was one clerk and a line to the door- one client had a full box of envelopes that were being indivdually metered- why are there not other clerks? No one is in a uniform of any type, and they were selling Girl Scout cookies at the counter- nothing against Girl Scouts, but maybe if they spent more time helping postal clients things would be better. Limited parking is also inconvenient, drive a few extra miles across the bridge to HDG and get professional service.

I love my local post office staff. They have always been very friendly and helpful...maybe because I go in there often and maybe because I am nice to them. The mail delivery woman is super nice and recognizes my face when I come in to pick up packages. It's nice to be in a small town where everyone at the post office knows you by your address :)
