Skip this highs on 97 and go to the highs on 94. This establishment closes their pumps while the establishment on 94 does not

This store is not open until 12 am. Please change your advertised hours!!! Several times, within the last month, I stopped by to grab something to eat on my way home from work. There is nothing else nearby. It has been closed by 11:45pm. I gave up on ever coming at night anymore, but last night stopped because I needed gas. At 11:40 pm, the pumps were all stopped, and the store was open. The cashier came out to say they were closing. I asked if the hours said they were open until 12 am. She said yes, but no one was coming for gas, so they shut it down. There were 3 other cars there trying to get gas as well. I did call the manager last time, and she said that sometimes they close early to prevent them from being robbed late at night. I asked how 20 minutes would affect being robbed, and then she said that the time on the register is faster than the time on the clock. So if staff doesn't want to follow the store hours, can the store hours change so we stop trying to rush to get there and am disappointed every time?

Stopped in for a breakfast burrito and we're out so I went to the kiosk and ordered one where the screen froze which I clicked a few times because I wasn't sure then was scolded for clicking the button so many times not realizing the screen it frozen but apparently it wasn't enough because they still messed up one of their basic bacon potato egg burritos.

I have gone to this High’s store and gas station for years.Not sure what’s going on but the gas pumps have ongoing issues, ATM is down frequently, and trash all over the place (inside and out). The owner should visit more frequently and take a look how terrible this looks.

Purchasing gas at this station is an absolutely dreadful experience. The pumps are outdated and often out of service; seldom do they ever produce a receipt after purchase; pumps are not equipped with touch pay option for a more secure transaction; and the filling area is always filthy.Though I live less than 1/8 mile away, I will never again frequent this sorry excuse for a gas station/convenience store. Someone please tell me the name of the human that "manages" this disgusting business.

The young lady with no glasses who was at the cashier at 6:15-6:20 pm today. She needs to take customer service training! She abandoned me and got other staff! That was very disrespectful!

This highs is horrible. I tried getting a breakfast burrito at 8 am and a older woman who worked the food station started giving me attitude, proceeded to make the wrong food, yelling at me that I ordered what ever she made when I had a reciept clearly saying it was a sausage burrito so I walked out without getting my food after I payed for it. They constantly have chorizo in the food case and lunch at 8 am. None of the ordering computers work it’s like they purposely turn them off cause they are too lazy to make food during the day.

Reviewing just the gas-buying experience: Although it's the closest station to our house, we've been going there less and less.It is in its worst condition since it opened. Pumps are down regularly, some screens are difficult to read, and irritatingly, you rarely get a receipt at the pump. It always says, "Clerk has receipt." Today, my wife and I both happened to get gas there. Neither of us got a receipt at the pump, but she wasted here time going into the place for the receipt.Around rush hour, it can be a bit hazardous maneuvering through the station with all the vehicles - including trucks - coming in and out of the one entrance.

I visited Highs located at Highs located at Rte 97, Cooksville, MD 21723. My experience at this location was nothing short of POOR. I play lottery and several numbers came out of the machine that I did not play. I went to the clerk behind the counter and she ask me was I sure they were my tickets and if I played them. Then I went to the team lead (African American) and he tells me he's not authorized to handle lottery and to come back the new day so the manager can see if the tickets was purchased at their store but he walked right by me as I as on the machine. Are u kidding me. These people service was awful. I mean the complete worse. Just complete lost.

Keep driving to another gas station.We have been on the road all day and needed to stop for a rest room break.The bathrooms were gross!Pee all over the whole bathroom. I can understand if this was just the one bathroom but both bathrooms looked this way. Employees were standing around, definitely not concerned about taking care of this situation.Monday 6/12/23 at 4:20pm.I hope the owner of this store sees this review and addresses their staff.

Highs Glen Elg route 97. I am going to go else where for gas from now on and I am sure others will to. At this station, Management has decided not to allow you to get a receipt at the gas pump. They make you go inside to get a receipt. I am a business man that needs a receipt and to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt is simply unacceptable. I waited in line for almost 15 minutes today. with the pandemic and people in a hurry this simply is a bad business decision.

Horrible customer service the spanish guy juan has an attitude. I will never stop at this location again. When people come to a register to pay for something. Don't just ignore them and just keep counting your change that has nothing to do with customer service if you have to make a customer wait because you're. Doing something that can be done at a later time you don't deserve my business.
