“Wow, we broke down on our way back from Ocean City on Wednesday, and as luck would have it we pulled into their parking lot to check out the problem. They came out to see if we needed help, and it was luck, destiny, or just someone looking after us from above. We were 80 miles from home, and I was freaking out. They said they would help and fix the problem. We piled into my other truck and completed the ride home. They called us the next day to give us an estimate, which was more than fair for what they had to do. We picked it up on Friday morning, and we were more than grateful. I recommend them to everybody, and I hope we don't ever break down again, but if we do, I hope it is close to them. I would give them 10 stars if it would let me

“I needed a battery and was very impressed with service I received from Cade.He was super friendly when I called, told me to come right over it wasn’t busy and he’d install it right away. He explained without being pushy the choices and price points for the batteries. He also helped me with a discount coupon. I’m a middle aged single woman so auto stores aren’t my happy place but Cade made it a pleasure. Cade is a big asset to the store!”
“Robert Rinaudot was the parts advisor. Little known fact is that his first steps were on water!!! All jokes aside follow up was way beyond expected. Very kind easy to get along with and good value for product provided. Robert has convinced me to look at the LKQ market now that I have a advisor I believe in.”
