“I had a great experience with Radial Tire. I called on a Thursday to see if they had the four specific tires I wanted, and they confirmed they were available. By Friday morning, I was there getting them installed.
What I appreciated even more was that during the installation, the team noticed something from a recent repair I’d had done elsewhere that wasn’t quite right and needed to be adjusted. They took the time to point it out, which allowed me to go directly back to the repair shop and have it corrected that same day.

“I brought my 2002 Toyota Tundra 4x4 in for an oil change, state inspection and an overall assessment. Having just moved to MD, Gary took me through the nuances of the inspection process, and communicated his assessment quickly and effectively.
When I dropped off the truck, I made it clear that I was open to whatever work was required on the vehicle—a risky proposition given my experience at other shops, but I wanted to get everything buttoned up in one go.
Gary and I discussed adding two services, an alignment and a door handle replacement (I figured I needed these) and that was it. Nothing more. No upselling, no scare tactics, just honest, great work, at a very fair price.
I also have a 2021 BMW going out of warranty this year. I’ll be taking it, along with the truck, to Allbrand for all maintenance and repairs going forward.”

They took my info, checked my car and took it into the service bay. Small screw in the tire and a slow leak. Fixed. I was out within 45 minutes. Staff was great by the way. “We had 3 tires blowout on our RV while on our trip this week. The first time we had a spare, the second time we couldn't get anyone to come out and help, we had to drive the shoulder to the nearest exit and get it fixed in the morning. When the last one went out last night, these guys got there with 2 tires in 20 minutes after calling. He changed both of the tires we hadn't changed yet in 10 minutes, and we were back on the road. I needed it to be removed so I could get my vehicle serviced before the winter weather. Zik was able to get it off in 30 minutes. Saved me SOOO much money and time and my rim with no damage.
