My teenager ran into a bit of trouble. We were referred to an attorney 3 hours from home. Arrived the day of the appointment to find they didn't handle juvenile but they kindly referred us to a college that took us in the same day, a few hours later. This was John Phoebus! He quickly set my mind at ease, with a kind voice and knowledge of the situation! He gathered the needed information and told us he would be in touch. I assumed this would be weeks. FOUR DAYS LATER he called, said he hand delivered the documents and spoke to a few people and already was presenting us with an amazing outcome! I'm so IMPRESSED!! And so GRATEFUL!From the minute we were greeted at the door by the sweetest secretary to the end when we were assisted by his very kind paralegal, this team made a horrible experience so much easier to deal with!
