“Had a wonderful experience with Kayleen today. I went in to help my father with his account. He has tv with spectrum, and Kayleen explained that if he added the internet with his tv he could get a free mobile line for a year. My dad doesn’t use a smart phone but Kayleen had a solution for that too and showed us the flip phone. She also let us know they had home phone and my dad could drop his Verizon land line and save even more money. We did not make the change yet but we will be back to do so! Great experience all around!”
