Went to bed friday night with internet n tv working woke up at 1am Saturday morning to my modem and tower being red called customer support she did what she could but nothing worked now i have to wait til monday to have a tech come out.....complete bullshit i have 2 kids and no tv all weekend.....complete and total dissatisfaction....this whole spectrum experience has been just total dissatisfaction....do not switch to spectrum you will be disappointed. Had a wonderful experience with Kayleen today. I went in to help my father with his account. He has tv with spectrum, and Kayleen explained that if he added the internet with his tv he could get a free mobile line for a year. My dad doesn’t use a smart phone but Kayleen had a solution for that too and showed us the flip phone. She also let us know they had home phone and my dad could drop his Verizon land line and save even more money. We did not make the change yet but we will be back to do so! Great experience all around!

John the associate needs to not be so rude to folks. When a customer has an issue the associate is soposed to help especially when it started at a call center issue. I was already irritated he talked me in circles and said yup! It's a 5 dollar fee either way mam I said well.... then they should have helped me get the password to begin with to pay my bill. Even after outage was fixed. Regardless someone should have helped me before my service was interrupted. Before driving 55 minutes to meet ignorant John who was more interested in washing through people's bank accounts and not even once helped me un lock a forget password in my phone reefer me to Samsung never give me the number either. Laughed numerous times .

Sales rep not very savvy about his product. Touted XUMO as plug and play. Not so. Had to have a tech come to the house. The tech replaced the router to get Xumo going. In the process he killed our wi fi to our phones and computer. Needless to say not plug and play. The system they replaced was better. Would I sign up for them to be my cell carrier? Take a guess.

Horrible customer service from Danielle. Every time I go into that store she always have an attitude and on the phone. It’s to the point I HATE going into that store. I’ve called and complained and NOTHING is done about it. Also would like to know why my review isn’t showing up under my other accounts?….spectrum only wants to show the good reviews.

Very fly by night company. Third party digging up yards is awful. No customer service skills at all. One would be fired on the spot. They are paid by government, which explains why they don't talk to all affected parties nor try to get people to buy services. One house with children enabled a mile of underground cable. There goes your tax dollars at work. That's all that works. If this is what kind of service to expect with this company, they would have to pay me to be a customer of Spectrum.

This place was awesome, came in to transfer service, but was unable to due to the distance and had to open a new account. It was awesome, people there where friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Spectrum is the worst service I have had in my life. I live in Quinby VA and this is the worst. Pathetic how can they call themselves a internet company and their tv service you will be better getting Roku and pay $4.25 for their service. Donn ever get spectrum
