The employee actually followed me around the store to make sure I wasn't stealing. I'm not a thief, I don't steal, and I felt like a criminal just walking through the front door. Didn't even try and pretend like that's not what he was doing. Treat your customers better.

severe stereotyping and creating their own rules this is a super safe area and it is no reason for there to be a sign saying "only 5 minutes to shop" as it is not a small store and I have been shopping there for years prior to this negligent behavior. I asked the manager if there have been any signs of theft or reasons to feel unsafe the answer was "no". I do not recommend they also have a sign that states , "no masks or hoods upon entry" it is the winter time and here in the maryland area it gets extremely cold so we should be able to wear our winter attire that we purchase because we live in a area that gets extremely cold. The customer service is non existent , no greeting what so ever only strict , mean and uncalled for judgement. Do not support this small 711 as they barely restock and the food looks old and disgusting.

The younger guy is always smiling helping. If you come in late night or early am good luck the he does not care.

I love these people! I can't believe the negative reviews. One of the clerks saved me a bunch of money using the 7-11 phone app. The place is very clean and well-stocked. I go there all the time. There is always fresh coffee on the brew. They always have my cigarettes. There is never a long line. Who could ask for anything more?

As I walk into the store the cashier didn’t greet me. And also as I walk in the store he starting coughing and then look me. After he charge me for the pizza he keep asking what do I need and been rude about it. There was no manger around for me to talk to them. I will never go back as long he there.???
