Rich & Jason did an amazing job. My classic car developed a complex & misleading problem, and they diagnosed and resolved the problem efficiently. Excellent communication, and I felt they were taking care of my car as if it were one of their own. I'll be back!

Mike made it super easy to go from Delaware to New Jersey to purchase the car. I have been looking for for over six months. I could not be happier with how efficient and cost-effective the whole line process wound up being. I would strongly recommend auto concepts to anybody looking for a used car.

Big shoutout to Ritch and auto concepts. My transmission went up in my dodge charger after finally paying my car off. I was so upset but luckily my father got his transmission done for a 07 Nissan titan maybe back in 2014. Then I met ritch and auto concepts. Absolute worst mechanic experience I've ever had. I found them on Craigslist and asked them to replace one bad ignition coil and a valve cover gasket. Apparently, instead of figuring out which cylinder was misfiring, they decided to choose at random which ignition coils to replace. Now, after the fact, they refuse to fix their mistake. Do not use these guys.
Update: In response to you, I asked you to fix the ignition coil that was misfiring. You didn't do that. It's as simple as that. I also explicitly stated on the phone and in person that my car has over 200k miles on it, and I'm trying to keep costs down. Why would I want to replace three ignition coils that are working? Should I go ahead and replace the whole engine while I'm at it? Your stance is ridiculous and completely unreasonable.

They came out quickly to evaluate my van and make sure I got the right thing fixed. They were willing to do the repairs at my house, making towing a headache I wasn't going to have to deal with. Thankfully they figured out the issue quickly and it cost me alot less. I will definitely hire them again if I have any issues.

We needed a brake rotor and pad replacement for our 2016 Honda Odyssey. Reached out to Auto Concept and Rich responded and very professionally provided an estimate. Their price is very reasonable and work quality and entire communication process were awesome.

I don’t know where to start. I have never met such a kind group of guys. Rich communicated with more than I ever imagined. I knew everything ahead of time and he left detailed voicemails when I wasn’t able to answer. I opted for mobile repair and Bryan came out and I knew he knew what he was doing. 18 years in the business and that was super clear. He offered his expertise and let me know what needed to be done. Rich followed up and made sure I was good and to verify whether or not I had questions. 2023 has LIFED for me but finding Auto Concepts really was the silver lining. I know they’ll tell me what’s real and what is not. I didn’t feel bamboozled, or taken advantage of which is everyone’s worse fear. If I could give a -0- star review I would. The problem I had with my vehicle was never repaired after paying a large amount of money & numerous repair attempts. My check engine light came on. This company came out supposedly to repair it but never did, the last time they were supposed to repair my vehicle, when I got it back it was in worse shape than what it was before they “repaired it“.
