Please stay away. Service is not professional.I called to ask whether they could fix a car door lock that was jammed. I wanted price information and set up a time. I was told the technician would call me with the information. Instead the technician shows up at my home unexpectedly. I was working at the time. I had no idea how much it was going to cost me so I said I could not do this now. I asked to return later but to call first with the information.Two hours later I called back and I was told it was going to be $80 but to consult with the technician.I agreed to the visit.Upon arrival I asked the technician how much it was going to be after I explained the situation. No clear answer. The technician did not understand English. He used Google translate to communicate. This made things difficult. He then started working but after a while gave up. The issue was not resolved, however I was willing to pay for the time (15 - 20 minutes total). He wanted to charge me $120. I said that was not the price agreed in the phone. He got upset. He said how much I wanted to pay. I said $80 as the issue was not resolved. He took my credit card and said there was going to be a 7% charge for credit card. Instead he charged $87. I said the amount was not correct. He got upset and faked my signature. Then he drove off.I called the company to complain. The manager noted the complaint but then tried to defend the technician. I said that faking my signature was credit card fraud. I informed him I would be reverting the charges as they were not authorized. He said that I asked for two visits. I corrected him and said that the first visit was never requested. He got upset with me. He asked me not to tell him how to run his business. I ended the call.

This place is probably a great location for key services but I'll never know because when I called to ask more questions about the store, the representative who answered was unpleasant and not answering questions with a "yes" or "no" but with mmhmm and nuh-uh. When I said "thank you for your help," she just hung up. So, no, thank you.

I called there office the women who answers the phone was very rude. Kept me on speakerPhone while she talk to me. When I geve herMy adresss she said we don’t service you and hung up before I could sayAnything. Will never call again even if I am in the area !!!
